Absolutely love this devise all the fun of my PS4 in the palm of my hand great for entertainment for long trips and just during down time.

Amazing product that I am still using till this day

This is a pretty average controller that's being sold for too high a price, no hall effect sticks, no vibration, the form factor is too small for me and I have small hands and still find it uncomfortable, and there are multiple reports of one of the joysticks cable detaching and rendering the controller useless and needing a replacement. You're better off getting a Gamesir X5, cheaper and more comfortable.

The app and controller accessory are awesome. I ended up giving them to a friend because I didn’t have as much time for mobile gaming as I’d hoped, but definitely something I’d consider getting again if I ever free up some more time to play. The controller itself feels great, very much like using a smaller version of the PlayStation controller. Similar feel to Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons.

This product is great! They come in use when your on down time maybe at work, you can just pop this on and play a quick game!

Works great with my z fold 7. Buttons are a bit cramped for my big hands but other than that it's good.

Really nice device - but the Backbone paid service is silly. This should be a one-time charge, not a service for something so basic. It's a shame Backbone is greedy - the hardware is nice but within a year there will be a dozen competitors priced 1/2 this or less, and there will be alternatives for the software that don't require a subscription. That being said, great to use, just don't pay for the service.

Bought this but didn't realize that it doesn't work very well with PS remote play (requires another app that costs $5 from the playstore). But if you are using this strictly for XBOX it's excellent.

Love playing my game on these really easy to setup and use. The bottom are Decent and the joy sticks is ok

Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made, it is so convenient to be able to play my game while in bed.

The Backbone is an awesome mobile gaming controller. Pair it with an AAA game streaming service like XBox's Clouding Gaming or NVidia's service and you're all set. One major negative is the need to subscribe to their service to use features other gaming controllers (Razer Kishi v2 anyone) offer for free. That's half of a star deducted. The Backbone feels good in the hand even though textured grips would have been perfect. While the face buttons have a nice concave shape and are comfortable under the thumb, the travel is long but functional. Then bumpers are good if not anything special and the triggers could have a more pronounced curve to nestle your fingers in. Let's take half a star for that. Overall, this is a great controller and one I still enjoy.

If your a person who likes to play Playstation all the time but wanna keep the gameplay on your phone this is definitely the item to get. Feels like a PS4 Controller, i believe you can use this for the PS5 using PS remote.

The backbone is great. You can play on the go very convenient.

The product was great worked flawlessly but I did have one issue with the manufacturer of the product itself. It didn’t have anything to do Nothing with Best Buy themselves but this is my 3rd backbone I’ve had too buy. Around 6 months eventually one of the buttons will stop working and I have not dropped it or had any type of accidents with the backbone(I’ve tried recalibrating it etc multiple times) then eventually within that same day multiple buttons stop working. WHATEVER YOU DO BUY THE WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT

I bought this for my boyfriend, he loves it. It’s convenient, easy to carry, sturdy. The only thing is it doesn’t fit on his phone unless he takes off his clear case (iPhone 16 pro max)

Perfect for mobile gaming. Super light weight and can hold for long periods of time. does need a few different subscriptions just to use it.

I like the easy set up, I have big hands so it feels small but didn't want to buy the pro, so good value for the $.

Works as advertised. I use it to play warzone. No noticeable lag and very easy to set up
