There was an issue when ordering from the store for pick up at a later date because associates kept ordering incorrect item, but issue was resolved!

Backbone Concept

I tried it with my iPhone 15 pro max and I have the fastest 5G that At&T has to offer and it still would not connect to my PS5 that was in rest mode at home. The backbone was a waste of my money because I bought it for the purpose of using it on the go but I couldn’t get it to work without being on the same WiFi as my PS5.

Tedious Requirements to Use

Don’t bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t able to log on kept asking for a code and customer service was terrible. Took 2 to 3 days to get back to me and never resolved my issue. So after 2 weeks I returned it. Terrible customer support.
