The product works as expected, however you’re forced to use their bloatware every time you want to use it (takes about 1.5 minutes). Not many games on ios apart from streaming services like PS and Xbox. Works well for a small selection of mobile games.

Pretty good unit, makes remote play workable as long as you have an absolutely solid internet connection to both your phone and your console. Working the PS button and touch pad can be a little difficult at times.

Overall pretty good system . Only down side is it doesn't link up with the PlayStation on Fortnite so my son didn't have any of his skins or achievements. But system works good and gives the ability to play on your phone.

Great product, but needs some minor improvements. The buttons stick after heavy use. And there's no way to fix it because backbone doesn't want anyone to fix them. They don't sell any parts and or have any kind of repair for them.

Excellent tool for gaming at home or on the go. Will buy another!!

I originally loved this product. However after several uses it started having issues with buttons not working. After researching the problem it is a known issue with this product. For the cost it shouldn't have this kind of problem.

Unable to pair to PS remote play which is the only reason I purchased it. Could be me or my phone but I’ve tried every remedy Backbone support had and still won’t work. I bought a PS Portal and love it.

You download the backbone app and it turns your phone into a mobile xbox. Make sure your phone is charged and you'll have hours of play time. If you pay a small yearly fee you can link it your game pass and have more access to games you already play online.

I recently purchased the iPhone 15 plus so finding out you no long have the same charging port I had to upgrade my gaming control. The upgrade on this is amazing don’t like that you have to be connected to certain devices but I guess it’s alright.

Not impressed i have a top of the line Samsung phone and still a lot of lag time.

Excellent with the iPhone 15 pro max. I have a small mag safe case on my phone. I just had to remove the installed side phone holders and it works perfectly. I really like the orange button which brings up all your games on your phone that works with the backbone

Made of cheap plastic, but a good product. Also, the user has to take the case off their phone to use it. In our area, XBox remote service is not great as well, which detracts from our enjoyment of the product.

Good product! Just would rather have the PlayStation Portal. This is a great way to play on the go!

Product is amazing but after a month after using the controller. The analog stick is drifting down while I’m playing. It’s very hard to play any games with I sent on Backbone a complaint saying if they can resolve the issue. I went to Best Buy to see if they can help me out they’re saying that they can’t do an exchange or anything for me so I can play the game, but I’m here struggling still waiting for Backbone to hear a response if I can exchange it for a warranty but just really overall it’s three stars. It’s not really that good after a month.
