Great printer, but not great support

Product is great but Best buy support is poor

Originally a new unit was sent that included the correct piece. I had to call customer service again just to find out that the replacement was canceled without me knowing. Fighting with customer support and apparently a manager for over 30 minutes failed to make them realize that this is a piece critical to the operation of the system. As stated on vendor documentation. All I asked for was a partial refund. Customer support literally told me that the Best buy site was more accurate than the vendors and grow verbatim disclaimers that I bought the correct piece on Amazon and if you are reading this, you should never deal with Best buy again. I won't be
