great little printer have 3 of them love it.......

Worked great on first run shut down next day motor failed Best Buy would not exchange or refund

Man, this thing is soooo cool and does exactly what a beginner would need it to do… but they don’t give you enough of the “filament” to even make a small project? Nor do they tell you anywhere during the check out process that it may be helpful to buy that ahead of getting it… we started a small project with the filament it comes with and it didn’t have enough to finish the project…. It’s akin to Apple taking the charging block out of the phone boxes. Just corporate greed. Can charge you $200 for the machine but not give you any of the supplies to use it….. makes no sense and is so frustrating as a consumer.

I printed 5 thing and now the extruder gears won’t move

Got one day use out of it and then had issues. Now Bambu Lab is telling me they can do anything becuase it was bought through Bestbuy. Not so happy with the product.

Bestbuy sells previously opened and returned items as brand new. Period. While I am not going to return my purchase, this company needs to do better in being upfront and honest. I’ll refrain from buying from this dirty company unless I am in urgent need of something.

Zero stars because it doesn’t pay to buy a warranty if it doesn’t get fixed

Camera stops working after a few months. Customer service is awful and the warranty doesn’t cover parts.

This is an amazing 3d printer-perfect for beginners or seasoned 3d users with limited space. Price is right, lots of projects/crafts/decorations/tools/toys that you can simply print with a push of a button from your phone! Be sure to have a source for filament as it comes with just enough to do a test print and Best Buy does not carry spools of filament!

This Bambu A1 mini printer is simply amazing. Easy to use, highly detailed, amazingly quick to set up, I highly recommend this printer especially if you want to do miniatures as it's the best FDM printer for minis and detail work, sometimes my friends don't notice the difference between this thing and a resin printer! (which are known to be way more precise but with a whole different host of issues) If you're interestd in this thing at all just do it! ive made back its cost 3 times over in the first month!

Wonderful product I no longer have to buy any cookie cutters. It’s amazing. And it is not expensive.

Great purchase. The Bambu A1 mini is a fantastic printer for both beginners and 3D printing enthusiasts. Doesn't require heavy maintenance and prints are always high quality

After struggling with a creality printer for over a year, I decided to snatch up one of these. It has been absolutely flawless. 260+ hours of perfect printing after a fifteen minute set up. I’ve already ordered a ps1 combo and can’t wait to get another awesome machine!

This is the one to get when you're starting out. Consideration for other models would come into play if you have a need to printer larger items.

Hasn’t printed anything without either having tons of stringy material all over the finished product or mess ups. We’ve wasted a lot of filament and time with this. We’ve recalibrated several times and slowed the speed to no avail. Nothing prints clean.

I bought these for my kids. Best 3d printer for beginners.
