Amazing 3d printer. Bambu Labs makes it easy to setup and work out of the box. Up and running in about 30 mins.

I wanted a big printer, and this one fit the bill. Has run flawlessly since I purchased it. I've put about 600 hours on it so far and haven't had any problems.

Great Printer. whether you are a beginner or veteran to 3d printing this machine is a breeze to work with. It is silent compared to other enclose printers I have used in the past. The new AMS2 that comes with the combo is a nice step up from the original AMS which was a nice plus to this unit. The only thing I will say that has nothing to do with the printer it self is best buy uses Fedex for delivery and the package was late and then even though it required a signature the package was dropped off at the bottom of my stairs by the road in the rain with no one even knocking on my door. I was not home but I had cameras so lucky for me I called my neighbor to get it for me. You may not be so lucky so keep that in mind when buying from best buy if it gets shipped Fedex

I’ve had this for a couple months now and have over 300hrs of printing on this printer. I also have lots of experience printing with enders, prusas, makerbots, markforged and miscellaneous other printers. This one requires the least amount of tinkering and messing about to get a good result. Slicer is based on prusas and pretty good and easy to use. If you value your time and do prototyping this is the way to go. Also the cloud stuff is pretty sweet, even though you give up some freedom and openness. Ended up picking up a p2s for office using points from this purchase!

This 3D printer is the real deal! Easy to use, performs great and the possibilities with this machine are endless!

This is my 2nd Bambu Labs Printer. It is without a doubt the best there is. No issues, Just works, and works perfect. Easy to maintain. It’s a little pricy, but worth every penny. The larger size it great for big prints. I can’t say enough good things about the printer and the experience with Best Buy on the purchase… After several months, I still have no complaints.

I was debating on purchasing a larger Bambu printer. I already have the X1C and have been very happy with the printer. I wanted something that was larger and also came with the AMS. My current X1C did not have an AMS and multi-color printing really was still more of a novelty. As time went on I became more interested in the multi color printing, so I got the H2D for the dual nozzles, and the AMS 2. I was very happy with the upgrades they had made to the H line of printers. The extra lighting, the better nozzles, and the larger bed size. The quality of prints is just as good, if not better than my X1C, and the H2D is 50% quieter than my X1C. Don't think, just buy.

I’ll start with a cons had a few hiccups in the very beginning, but that was more of a shipping issue how to return the printer and get a new printer but this printer is awesome. It does save me a lot of time a lot of filament compared to the older printers I have it’s a great printer and it is faster. Just wish it wouldn’t shake so much and things I didn’t realize is more Ams is the better I think it was each nozzle needs whatever color you wanted to print or you’ll be swapping filament into a different Ams. but other than that, it’s fantastic then Best Buy‘s got my back so I really appreciate that.

Awesome machine, super flawless, easy to use and great ecosystem

Reliable workhorse, I'm just getting started with 3d printing and glad this is my entry. So far it has just been send the print and it comes out.

We upgraded from a printer that needed a lot of fine-tuning and tweaking on every print job. While no printer is perfect, the technology in this printer is amazing. The one thing to note if you are considering buying this printer after using something different, is that if you are planning on using other filament, be prepared to do configuration and testing. Bambu labs has an awesome setup with their own filament that allows the spool to tell what filament is there and what the specifications are for that filament. Every filament has different nuances and slight differences that matter in printing. Now that applies to any printer. But what makes this printer (and other Bambu printers) awesome is its accuracy. It can still print amazing jobs with other filaments, just be prepared to do some research and tweaking to get it to turn out as expected. Highly recommend!

Prints great. Ready to go out the box. Good for beginners and advanced

The larger build plate, dual heads, and the new AMS2 system are the winners here! Bambu has done it again by creating a printer that practically works right out of the box. Mine had the "rod issue", where the guiding rod was misaligned, but a few turns of an allen wrench fixed it up easily. The newest batch doesn't have the issue. Know that to really maximize the potential of this beastie, you should consider getting a second AMS2, as the first one feeds one head, but only a single spool feeds the second head. Two AMSs attached to this provides 4 colors per head for 8 color prints which is just tremendous. The new updates to the Bambu software makings using the new features of the H2D that much easier. I'm super happy with my purchase, and though the price tag is a little hefty, having something just work, and continue to work, with minimal effort is worth the extra dollars in time saved and reduced frustrations. Competitors may have a less expensive price tag, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for.

Flawless prints and very reliable. Only issue: hotend clogs when swapping drastically different filaments. Had several people at shows leave my booth and come back to buy my product because they said mine look better than at the other tables.

This is a rugged, robust 3D printer you can rely on for multi-material printing in the market! The dual nozzle is way step up fr my P2S and no regrets. I had no sleep for the first 4 weeks for staring at it while printing - so satisfying to watch how this one works (with 2 nozzles) in harmony. The combo is undeniably the right thing to do, you NEED the AMS2 Pro - hands down! In 4 weeks, i decided to sign up with extra warranty (4yr) for stress free printing - in case something happens then Bestbuy can handle it. Im not going to sweat out energy to worry bout any screw coming out hahaha.
