Q: Is this product sold new or used in any way by a buyer?
A: Sold as new. My H2S came brand new in the box. The way the printer is shipped, it's almost impossible to repack it without knowing it wasn't new.

Q: Why does it show unavailable
A: Bambu has been having a hard time getting enough printers out to meet demand. Best buy receives shipments at different times. If you see sold out that doesnt mean it wont restock. Unavailable usually means theyre not expecting another shipment but ive seen it switch from unavailable to sold out to back in stock in the same day. Just keep an eye on the website i was able to buy one today
