I've had 0 issues. I've printed pla and petg, all of my prints have come out perfectly right out of the box. I did add the Best Buy warranty because repairs are expensive.

Printer worked great, had some issues with heat creep in the extruder gears, causing the machine to stop working, had to order a replacement, but prints well and large items and the Vortek system compatibility in the future it great.

Fantastic build quality, ease of use, and prints. It just works. Basically a updated Bambu X1C with a larger build plate.

TL;DR: Great printer, produces very high quality prints with minimal fuss. If you like the Bambu ecosystem (and seeing as how I bought this after buying a P1S, I certainly do) you will not be disappointed with the results. I love the large print volume and decreased filament wastage on multi-filament prints. Things to know: if you want both extruders to be fed from an AMS, buy two AMS units. If you want to do larger nylon/PA prints, get a Garolite bed; this machine will do small nylon parts incredibly well on the OEM PEI plate, but PEI has its limits.

Excellent machine! My first Bambu Labs and it hasn’t disappointed. Through about the X1C but the bigger build volume is a nice feature.

I ultimately decided to return this printer. I experienced several issues, including AMS and extrusion problems, as well as a few software glitches that affected my prints. In many cases, I could simply press “OK” to continue, but the printer would repeatedly stop mid-print. While I understand the challenges of being an early adopter of a new machine, spending $1,500 and getting inconsistent results made the return an easy decision. My P1S continues to outperform this unit in every way.

I’ve been 3D printing for years, and I’ve gone through my share of machines. Multi-material and multi-color prints always sounded amazing in theory, but in practice they usually meant endless filament purging, giant “poop” towers, wasted material, and frequent failed prints. Not anymore. I picked up the Bambu Lab H2C a few months ago, and I am extremely happy with it. This thing just works—every single time

This thing is amazing. My third 3D printer, and honestly, the other two are very good as well, but the consistency and functionality of the H2C just completely blows me away. I love everything about it.

So far we love it. We’ve been lucky with no issues with filament and the printer has worked flawlessly. The Bambu slicer program takes some getting used to but there’s a learning curve to everything.

even though it is not a "tool changer", reducing waste for personal projects is the goal sacrificing a little bit of time.

Best Christmas present ever! “Tabitha” (the 3d printers name) has been working non stop since she was delivered! So happy I decided to go with the H series. Pretty sure I would have outgrown the P series too quickly.

Having owned multiple other machines, this unit puts them to shame. I absolutely love the H2S!!!! Have been printing nonstop since getting it. It’s performance is flawless. If you are thinking about getting it, just click purchase. It’s worth every penny!

The AMS part of it is not as good as the. Regular AMS the pro AMS has a lot of problems with the filaments loading in our loading and always get stuck. I don't know what the difference is, but it's worse than the original one. Almost thought of returning the whole entire thing over this problem.
