I have only had this Machine for 1 month and already having issues with it. When it works correctly it does a fantastic job.

This is my 5th 3D printer, and I was most excited to purchase this one. Sold my brand new P1S AMS 2 Pro Combo right after this released to the US. Have had this for a few weeks and it printed 3 times flawlessly, before feed errors started occurring. Bambu support is sending parts for a failed filament sensor and extruder control board, but I think the issue is in the extruder itself, or even the filament buffer. Working with Bambu Lab Support is painfully slow, and shipping for replacement parts takes just as long to receive. I would have opted to have this defective unit replaced by Best Buy but there is none in stock, every time I check. I've never had a brand new product like this fail so soon, and I really hope it gets going again before too long. It's putting me terribly far behind on my planned projects and has been nothing but a major letdown.

Extruder failed in the first week. They expect you to perform open heart surgery on it to fix it. I took the extruder completely apart and found no issues. I was unable to print more than 10 seconds before it failed again. Took it back. Please also note that this unit has issues with the back right corner in regards to air flow. Prints back in that corner frequently fail. It's so much an issue, owners are printing fan air redirects to help with this glaring oversight in design. Further, the PTFE tube rubs against the top glass leaving a white powder residue that falls to your print bed. To add onto this, Bambu has already released a revised version of this with a different back panel which is meant to accept the new exhaust fan add on kit, so make sure if you get this new it has the new back on it. But I'm not sure how well an exhaust fan will work for ABS/PC because the door and other parts aren't sealed, so fumes will likely creep out anyway. I don't think this model is ready for production, too many issues need to be worked out of it. A lot of people are happy with it right now giving it 5 stars, but you watch, it will drop as failures start to show.

This is not a review for the printer. Thisnis a review for bestbuy in general. I ordered this printer december 12th, it was in stock and set to arrive december 17th. Long story short it didnt arrive, they "rushed" a replacement for delivery on December 24th. This was a gift for my son, bestbuy cancelled the morning of December 24th. They charged me in full and now im fighting with my creditcard company to get reimbursed. Awful customer service.

Printed 2 bench test items and was going great but then the heat bed temperature stopped working and I have reached out to both Best Buy and Bambu labs and getting no where fast this was a Christmas present and Best Buy wants everything including the box to be perfect for a return which we don’t have a perfect box anymore
