Review is slightly unfair. The printer works great. The ams 2 dryer broke on week 4 prints after getting it. Emailed support @Bambu and 3 days letter they send over instructions to take apart, check some connections. If that didn’t work send them videos, pics, printer logs and I was a Priority to get fixed. Did all of that and going on day 8 no response. The customer service sucks. No phone, just email with days of no communication. I have Geek but I want the company to fix the issue. I also don’t think as the end user I should be taking everything apart after a week. They need to replace unit.

Product was delivered with damages during transport in the box. Housing is cracked and broken on left frame, blocking the front door. Additional damage may have occurred to internal parts. BestBuy support is impossible to reach - phone support is closed on weekends (??) and chat says to use the website to process return/replacement. But website doesn't have a replacement option. Terrible customer support experience so far.

Extruder driving gear failed after only 100 hours of printing using PLA. Otherwise seems like a capable machine with upgrades in convenience features from P1S.

Not too heavy to lift and move by myself Download both app and desktop and learn through the wiki learn system before delivery and you'll be ready to hit the road printing
