I have over 100 hours on it- it has worked great so far- a few failed prints but nothing serious. The machine was easy to set uo and start printing right away. I bought it wanted to make custom parts for my Jeep and motorcycle for filming, radios etc. love it so far. Ive had it about a month.

I was looking for a Christmas gift and first ordered the P1S Combo because it seemed like such a great deal, but then I saw the P2S for about $250 more and decided to take the plunge and future-proof my purchase by buying the P2S instead. So glad I did. I've heard great things about the P1S, so this isn't a knock against that model, it's just that the few complaints that I did read about the P1S all seem to have been addressed in the P2S, along with some other upgrades (better camera, spool placement, more accessible tube detachment, etc...) that justify the $250 difference in my mind. The only issue that I've ha so far is trying to print with PETG off the auxiliary spool, but I'm new to 3D printing so I'm going to keep working at it and see if there's just a setting I need to adjust.
Bottom line- if you're on the fence about the 2 printers- either is a great purchase, but if you have the money (and Best Buy has them in stock) I say get the P2S.

This machine is absolutely amazing...had it for 3 weeks and probably have over 100 hours printed from it with no issues. I'm brand new to the 3D printing world but the way Bambu Labs instructs you to do everything makes it real easy. I'm sure there are rare case where people have issues where the root cause is perhaps a part that doesn't work straight out of the box but thats any complex piece of electronic equipment. Also you have to understand there will be some trial and error as there is A LOT to learn. Bambu takes some of the load off by having great instructions and if you stick with Bambu Labs filament, a lot of the guesswork is taken out. Be sure to pay attention to all instructions and go through Bambu Studios Online Academy (this is where most people fail and then complain about having issues....because they simply haven't read instructions). They also have an amazing Bambu Wiki site online that tells you everything about the printer as well as troubleshooting tips. 3D printing is very complicated and to me it seems so many people think this should start printing quality stuff right out of the box. Well this machine is the closest you'll get to that but you'll learn quickly how complex 3D printing can be and the nuances involved with how much simple changes in a setting like bed plate temperature or using the right size hotend (0.2 as opposed to 0.4 ) can make or break your design...or to have more or less detail. The AMS 2 Pro is great for the automatic color switching. I just wish it had an upgraded gearset set so that you can run more abrasive filament like ABA or PLA Glow colors through it without the worry of those filaments eventually wearing out the gearsets a lot faster than just PLA.
The best metaphor I can come up with if you haven't heard it already is, this is the Apple of 3D printing.

Excellent 3D printer. Extremely easy to setup and use with minimal troubleshooting. It has made some of the best 3d prints I have ever done with no modifications. Highly recommend going through Bambu's beginner tutorial to learn the ins and outs of the printer.

Printed right out of the box and the AMS has been pretty awesome. I only had one failed print from a model with low contact points with the bed. I also had a snag with something to do with one of my cardboard spools not rewinding correctly, but the print resumed perfectly fine. This setup does make me want a 2nd AMS!
Printing from the phone is a nice bonus, but really it’s best for monitoring prints when I’m not at the computer.
I print in my around-freezing garage and the printer doesn’t seem to care at all. PLA and PETG prints have all come out great.
I upgraded from a CR-10 S Pro, and a Prusa Mk3S. I’ll be keeping the Prusa because that thing is rock solid, but the CR-10 will probably get sold due to it not having an enclosure.

Another excellent printer that requires little user oversight. I bought a h2s for home and one of these to send prints to the office so I can have parts ready to test first thing in the morning. Feels good to be able to think of something and test it immediately but feels powerful to slice and send prints via the internet. Great little prototyping machine. It requires almost no oversight from the user but ai spaget detection is not always 100%. Still, a very good and useful feature to have along with cloud viewing. I can easily slice and print and not need to tinker. I trust it enough to not burn down my office and so far have not been wrong.

I've been a big fan of Bamub Labs ever since getting the chance to set up and use an X1 Carbon with the original AMS at my previous job. The P2S manages to include and improve on many of the features that made the X1 Carbon such a joy to use, and did so at a price point that is a little bit easier on the wallet. The only major X1C feature this doesn't have, is the lidar sensor to calibrate extrusion flow. Even still, the P2S+AMS Pro 2 combo is a great machine.
Setup was a breeze and took all of 10 minutes, with the inital calibration taking maybe another 20-30. I've just now begun putting it to work, but of the 40 or so prints I've made so far, only one failed and it was 100% my fault in that I didn't wipe grease off of my hands and it got on the build plate. A simple wipe with Isopropyl alcohol and it reprinted without issue.
The speed and quality is great and the display and camera are greatly improved from the previous P1S. I've only tried PLA and PETG so far, but do have some PCTG, TPU, and Poylcarbonate I plan to use soon.
The only things it doesn't do that I wish it did, are multi-material printing. But to be fair, implementing those features would push the price up a bit, thus the new H series machines which cater to that need.

So far the P2S has been flawless. Weve only been printing with PLA but the finish of the parts coming of it has been fantastic. Setup out of the box was straight forward and we easily connected and started printing within a couple of hours. The Banbu Handy app makes it super easy to print quality models, and Bambu studio is equally easy top use for slicing your own models. Went for the P2S over the P1S for the detection and camera upgrades - but im sure the P1S is as equally good final prints.
