Very disappointed! I didn't receive proper guidance or the option to choose between the combo with the regular AMS and the AMS 2 Pro. Now I have to make another investment as if it weren't expensive enough.

I don’t know if Best Buy is selling refurbished printers but I’ve had this printer for less than a month and am having print issues with it. I purchased a p1s a year ago from Bambu and had less issues. I recommend anyone that wants a printer to buy it directly from the company manufacturing it.

Worked Great for about a week. Then the unit could no longer identify wifi signals. Seems that there is a faulty AP board and wifi antenna. Trying to get support through BestBuy and Bambulab. Each experience has been far from stellar

I have only had less than 6 months and already it wont work. All prints fail mid print becausw the printer stops extruding plastic. It keeps printing like it is working but the only thing printing is air. I am very unhappy.

I had only problems with this product and it is not even a month. I tried to cancel the order but your customer satisfaction only last for 15 days. That is why people are buying more from Amazon. Best Buy days are getting shorter as there is not staying behind the product they sell.

Nothing but issues! The filaments kept getting stuck and kept gettubf lidar error issues .

This is a greater printer! What night and day difference from the Ender 3 printers. This machine just works great! From time to time I have issues with the AMS, but being able to print multi color is a game changer. Also, the amount of items to print on Maker world is excellent! Everyday more and more items get posted. Some arr saying this is a loud machine. It really isnt that loud. Besides, its a machine with fast moving parts. A lot of guys are putting these machines on 18x18 patio blocks to minimize the vibrations these machines can make. Mine is on the second floor and I barely hear it at night. It can run in (ludicrous mode) but i wouldn’t recommend doing it constantly. Id wait to buy another one until the tarriffs come off. Otherwise, x1c is a great printer!

We have had this machine for a few weeks and we love it! It prints fast and accurate. My kids are having a blast being able to print dragons and fidget toys. Instead of waiting days they only have to wait a few hours. I love how it is a plug and play right of the box unlike some other brands. The program is easy to use even for a newbie. We plan on buying a second machine in the future. I loved having the piece of mind the package will not become damaged shipping to store. Also the piece of mind the printer is covered under total tech. I would highly recommend to newbies.

Have had this up and running for a solid day. And so far it’s amazing! So easy to set up and print. The AMS is a must!! S

best 3D printer I've ever owned. Don't even waste your time and money on creality products. BambuLabs is a decade ahead of most 3D printer companies. I'd suggest using hatchbox, eSun, and Bambu filaments with this machine.

The X1C is nothing but flawless! If you are lookinh to get it i would totally reccomend it! All of my prints on it are flawless.

Do not get me wrong. I LOVE my Bambu P1S. But if you can spend more...get the X1C. Touch screen outter display vs a display that looks like it came out of the 90's. Get the carbon. The camera inside to watch is wayyyyy better than the camera in the P1S. Rarely have failed prints on the carbon. Get the carbon!

Extremely easy to setup for beginners. Much easier to diagnose and fix issues than other major brands.
