A Whole New World backed by Best Buy-

I buy my electronics through Best Buy because Best Buy has my back. with their coverage. If it did not work out with the unit. I did not know where the experience was going but 3D printers have tight warranty time which were extended by BB. So far the printer is very cool and I will probably get another.

Amazing!

It does require some maintenance like everything, but if you keep it clean, and store your filaments appropriately, the prints it makes are incredible. Very impressed.

Very intuitive to setup and just get to printing.

Not Lucky with AMS

However, the AMS failed to purge filament on all four hubs when I attempted multicolor printing. I had to return the X1C Combo and exchange it for the H2S model, which has been on backorder for two weeks (originally promised within one week—this delay and potential auto-cancellation is not ideal). Customer support, however, has been exceptional. Overall, my experience with Best Buy has been positive so far.
