Only buy it if you really need it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this strap and my Ionic at the same time. I wanted a band that looked classier than the rubber strap that comes with the watch. This strap is very well made and attractive, but not well engineered. The rubber strap has a clever nub on the loose end that clips into the holes in the strap. The leather one doesn't, and the loop that is supposed to hold the loose end down doesn't stay in one place. So the loose end ... just gets looser. I used it for a day and put the rubber strap back on.

Flimsy is being generous.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because it was half price without realizing it was Fitbit branded. Both of the bands (large and small) that came with my Fitbit failed and I can tell by the quality of this band that it will not last long. I purchased a package of two rubber like after market bands to use day to day instead of this. I was going to return this one but never got up there in time. I just want to keep my Ionic until the next Apple Watch release. Now that Google owns Fitbit I cannot justify giving them so many private data points. It is an analytical goldmine that is a privacy nightmare that I cannot justify.
