Compact and good sound but not good enough for air travel.

unfortunately a product I would not recommend. The built is 9f the highest quality, the functionality has been the worst experience I've had with earbuds.

could have option to just one ear headphone but you need to have them both in , just a little hick up.

There are too many defects for the price of $300. It had intermittent signal loss. The ear buds did not connect automatically when removed from the case. The android app had a difficult initial setup.

I have used many wireless earbuds and this is by far at a low value. Connectivity is awful and doesn't have good sound quality.

Not what I expected from $250 earbuds. Bass response was horrible. Volume output was low. Max out volume and I could still hear things as if I wasnt wearing anything. Disappointment.

I’ve had these for almost 2 months and all I can say it is worth the money.

Wasn’t too fond of this set from b&o it honestly felt cheap to me. From the case to the actual device itself. Easy to pair however the sound quality didn’t meet b and o standard as well as the audio. I’ve had soooo many complaints on the other end of conversation that I sound mumbled or muffled. To top it off the brain unit stopped working on me. After my second pair of exchanging I just wanted my money back!!! Maybe they will get it right the next go around.

To be honest, I never saw myself owning a pair of true wireless headphones. I felt that they were a gimmick and that their use would be rather limited. Apple EarPods dominate the field in this space but I'm not a fan of the shape and style of them so I decided to try these on a whim. I've used Skull Candy earbuds and many other cheaper quality ones, Beats Solo (wired), and PowerBeats wireless. These are a different animal in terms of sound and quality. When I first purchased them, I walked out of Best Buy, sat down in a McDonalds for lunch and set them up using wifi and paired them with my iPhone 6 Plus (just switched to an iPhone XS Max and the experience is replicated to my newer phone). I live in New York so I wanted to see what they would sound like on my 1 hour train ride home. I must say that my first experience was rather disappointing. I was hearing outside sounds, the app seemed a bit odd to navigate and the sound was very underwhelming. My first thought was to take them back to the store immediately. Then when I got home, I went to the B&O website, read through everything carefully, read a few reviews online and listen to tips on set up and use. Then my experience changed drastically. Most of us tend to adopt the Apple mentality when it comes to device use. We have minimal instructions and want a stellar experience right out of the box. Sometimes slowing things down to actually learn about a product, its intended use-case and learning the extent of its abilities helps our experience in the end. I also had some issues for a week or two when I first got them with the left earbud dropping sound when I turned my head. Happy to report that issue corrected itself. Not sure if through and over the air update from B&O or with an Apple iOS update but I don't really experience it anymore and I keep my phone in my right pant pocket. I initially though the distance from the earbuds and clothing was the issue but that was in the summer. I wear a lot more layers now in the winter including pulling a beanie over my ears and have no connecting or break up issues. The case is nice and small. It doesn't take up a lot of room and you can actually attach it to a belt loop using the elastic strap on the case. The case recharges the earbuds. You just have to make sure you install them properly in the case and that they connect magnetically or you may just charge one side and not the other. My ride to work is about 45 minutes each way and I can get through an entire week of using them to and from work and putting them back in the case to recharge. I've used them up to 3 hours continuously and still had some juice left. B&O advertises 4 hours at moderate level so your use may vary. I listen to Spotify about 90% of the time on these. When I listen to iTunes, the sound is considerably lower and less dynamic even with adjusting the equalizer in the setting on the iPhone. Not sure why that is. Netflix and YouTube sound fantastic and I do not experience any lag. They come with 4 sets of eartips (3 rubber, 1 comply). I use the comply and found them to be quite comfortable and the best for sound insulation. So to sum these up: PROS Sound Size Well made Easy to pair with phone CONS App can be a bit confusing Loudness (I would like to be able to turn them up just a hair louder but they are really good with sound across the board) Price
