I had a third party contractor affiliated with BestBuy mount my 55” TV to the wall. The contractor did a great job. I’m disappointed with BestBuy. I was not aware that a third party contractor would setup and mount my T.V.. i could of had any one setup my T.V. for less than $100 instead of $200. Also, no offer to hide the wires on my wall.

There were two guys that came out to mount and install my 85 inch TV. They were both personable and answered all my questions and did a very good job with their work.

Abdul was excellent in mounting our tv bracket and installing the outlet. He was thorough with the height and secure mounting. He listened to our concerns and creatively dropped the line in the wall to come out the opposite side where it was hidden by a credenza, leaving the bedroom wall clean of cords. Install was perfect.

The guys removed an 18 year old plasma tv. Removed the old wall bracket. Removed many component wires from the wall. Installed the new movable wall bracket. Put the HDMI wires back into the wall. Hooked up and paired a DVD player, Roku, Firestick, and cable box. Left an optical sound cord to be hooked up to my Bose Lifestyle 38, which I haven’t been able to accomplish yet. The area was spotless when they left. They forgot their vacuum, which we were able to get back to them the next day. Happy so far.

These guys were efficient and knowledgable in exactly how to mount the television on the wall. What they did in 20 minutes saved me 2 hours, and my development of expletives. My only gripe is that for them to connect it to my receiver and sound system was going to cost me additional money. That is Best Buy's policy.

Best Buy in San Marcos arranged everything needed to professionally mount my new Samsung 65' tv they sold me. They did a fabulous job! Make sure you tell them if you want no wires hanging down showing so their installers bring the right size equipment for that. My location is rural so I had to go in person to their store when purchasing so their supervisor could waive me thru their computers to enable Geek Squad to drive further. Geek Squad did an exellent job! I will always buy my electronics and use their installation services from now on.

Team members of geek squad arrived on time and got right to work. Installation and clean up went smoothly. Tv was installed at the perfect height I asked for. It wasnt until members left I noticed that the tv wasn't installed completely flush. I may attempt to follow up to see it that is at all possible.

The techs were very professional and treated our TV with care. They were informative of what they were doing and were able to answer all questions.

I have done all the TVs in my house myself; however, I was concerned to do one of them because of a gas pipe in the wall. In addition, out new house has double sided drywall which can be very hard to hang and locate studs. They were extremely professional, clean and asked me questions to make sure i was happy prior to install. I’m so happy i went with them to install my tv. They also took the time to explain it to me and check to ensure everything was working.

The team that came to my home were professional, set things up right the first time, and made sure that it was done right! With there work I am satisfied that I will not have to worry about this set up falling apart.

The gentleman that installed my TV did a great job! He was very nice and helpful. I also purchased a TV mount that I really didn’t need for the room that we installed the TV in, and he guided us as to the best wall mount to purchase. Thank you for the great job and the help!

The representatives who mounted our family room TV over the fireplace were outstanding. They were quick, efficient and professional. In addition to mounting the TV they made valuable suggestions regarding lighting, pitch and angle for best viewing.

I needed a tv mount installed in my bedroom for my 55" tv. I was so happy with how they did with our 85" tv and wall mount, it was a no brainer to come back to Best Buy. I was pleasantly surprised to get the same team for this job. Everything went smoothly, just like the first time. The team was very professional and got the job done promptly and neatly. I highly recommend them.

The mounting of our new Samsung OLED television was quick and easy. n The two-man crew easily lifted our new tv and placed it onto the shelf above our fireplace. Having a Samsung phone made for a seamless connection and transfer of streaming channels. The Geek Squad members were friendly and helpful, and gave me advice on what strength surge protector would be best for my unit.

I was SO incredibly pleased with my Geek Squad installation. We moved in to a house we remodeled (and spent good money on) so was concerned about any damage or holes. The guys were very cautious, asked me each time my preference (with pros and cons) and drove to a great outcome: Both TVs and sound bar are mounted, look fantastic, and they cleaned up after themselves too. This is why I keep Total Tech Support!

Wow, my TVs and geek squad mounting has been the highlight to my home. I am so happy with my choice and I’m comforted knowing that these will be a part of me for the rest of my life. Great quality great picture feels like I’m in a theater love, my TVs.
