Have our installers quickly and professionally mount and secure your TV to a wall. In addition, we will connect new or existing TV up to corresponding video components and existing AC power outlet, ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed, and make sure the work space is clean when we finish.
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Mounting your TV
We'll secure the customer-supplied (or manufacturer-included, if applicable) mounting bracket to a standard-frame wall, and mount and secure a flat-panel TV to the mounting bracket.
Setting up your TV
We'll connect one new or existing TV to video components (like a cable/satellite box or a DVD/Blu-ray player) in a single room.
We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in. We'll perform haul-away and recycling if it was previously ordered by the customer and is part of the work order.
*Our standard mounting service does not include mounting to any surface other than drywall. To order custom mounting, please call 1-800-433-5778.
This service does not include drilling access holes, hiding speaker wire or any other types of custom wire runs or moving electrical outlets to new locations.
*This service does not include connection of audio components, setup of advanced home theater devices or network setup.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

the agents that came to my house went way above and beyond. They came just before the covid closings. It took two of them to mount my TV. Had it ceiling mounted, with soundbar bracket to hang underneath. Bought parts from Amazon but these guys did everything they could to get my TV up, and they did. The soundbar bracket they tried but just couldn't make it work. They were great to talk to and very informative definitely would recommend.
Geek squad came in the time that was quoted, they set up a barrier to keep everyone safe, were Very professional man on my TV and hooked up all of the extensions, and showed me how to use all the Functions of the television
The two guys came and installed my 75” tv very professional. I didn’t know that the mount was not included in the package. Thankfully the guy called me the day before and asked if I had one. I told him no and he asked me what I was looking for and he would bring one and I said I don’t know something cheap lol. He said ok and brought it with him the next day. A:AnswerI had Geek Squad come and install and mount my new TV and Soundbar in the beginning of September. They do give you the option to run the cords through the wall or to leave them hang (and later buy a casing cover to attach to your wall to hide the cords). If you do choose to run the cords through the wall (I did) they will make 2 holes. The first hole is up high behind the TV where the cords go into the wall and the second is down low behind your entertainment center where the cords need to come out to connect to your devices (satellite box, DVD/Blu Ray player, game system etc...). But they CANNOT run the power cords through the wall, only the HDMI/optical/coaxial etc. cords. They will tell you that if you want the power cords (I had 2, one for my TV and one for my Soundbar) ran through the wall too that you have to call a certified electrician to do that because of safety issues. So no matter what all cords cannot be ran through the wall by Best Buy Geek Squad. Hope this helps :)
