Geek squad did a perfect job mounting my tv. They explained details too!

The agents worked to ensure my TV was mounted to perfection!

Our first Geek Squad team drilled a mount into the stone of our back patio wall and mounted the tv then let us know the tv was broken. They told us we had to take the tv back to BB and ask for a replacement. After a week and a half we picked up a new tv, waited for the next available GS appt and on the second try got a working tv mounted. 4 stars bc we have a working tv mounted in stone. Missing a star bc I think the BB/GS team could have facilitated a replacement tv and install more efficiently without having the customer do the work.

The agents mounted the TV, hid the cables (power too, but it's $50 extra) and made sure everything was connected.

The technicians mounted my tv and connected all devices. When the finished they cleaned up the area of work.

Geeks were on time and knew exactly how to set my new Samsung TV up on the wall bracket as well as programming the Smart features. They also my old TV upstairs so I could donate it to charity.

They took down the old tv I had and put up the new one I just bought. Hooked everything up and did an amazing job!!

The associate arrived on time, as promised. He handled the set up of my 40" TV quickly and efficiently. He showed me what I needed to know in order to enjoy this new item. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself and left my home almost in better shape than it was when he arrived. He was completely professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish or that I was imposing on him. I rate him an excellent individual and look forward to working with Best Buy/Geek Squad for future purchases.

The geek squad was excellent. They knowledgeable and pleasant. They made the installation seamlessly. I was very impressed by the they way they set both the television in the family room and in my son’s room. They sent up both television so you could not see any wires. They took the time to set up he television and told us all the features.

My initial 2 calls were a joke...I couldn't understand the person trying to take my order and they couldn't understand me. No disrespect intended, but HOW are you supposed to conduct business with people that can't speak clear English, or can't understand English??? We have spent thousands with Best Buy just in the few months. We expect NOT to have to speak with 5 Customer Service people before our order was completed correctly. We went from an install date of June 29, to July 7 in the 5 hours it took today to get our order straight and correct. Our relationship with BB & Geek Squad is now strained and may remain that way.
