The agents did a great job installing the mount and tv!

My agent German installed the wall mount and mounted my LED tv to it. Very professinal attitude and did extra work to make sure our WiFi was as efficeint as possible. Improvement to Wifi is noticable when using the TV.

The service techs were great. The company called and text many times (probably too many) the day before. The service was very courteous, they worked quickly but not rushed. They put protective sheet down on the floor and cleaned up after installing a wall mount/tv.

The guys were great!! We have a new home and the builders put the wall tube for the cords in the most awkward spot so the tech made another one and you can't even tell there was an extra one added.

Best Buy did a great job with the installation couldn't be more happy.

The Geek Squad showed up when promised and installed the system quickly. The TV was too large for me to attempt by myself. They were quick with the install and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves and the only evidence that they were even there was a professionally installed system. Thanks guys!

The Best Buy Geek Squad team arrived within the specified window and took care of the complete installation of the mount and my television. They were extremely professional and friendly. Following the installation they were very helpful in working with me to set up the Roku and all of the apps. I would never have been able to do this alone.

Tv is great, installation amazing, technicians really good but my remote control is not working and I went to the store and they told me to buy a general one (works for samsung) and call Samsung to ask for a new one. What? I paid additional for the Best Buy service package
