The installation was part of the TV purchase promotion and being a Tech Support member was a sweet deal. The Squad was on time, personal and very thorough. They got to the task quickly and finished up in good order. Excellent review of new TV features and left no questions unanswered.

Your Geek Squad was very professional and safety conscious from the pandemic. They also wore plastic booties so as to not dirty my floors. They answered all my questions clearly and even closed some holes in the walls from the previous install. They set me up nicely for my entertainment needs.

The contractors were supposed to be there around 3pm but were able to come earlier to allow us to get on the road. They did a great job and it was quick. They were polite and gave me some tips on the new TV and cleaned up after themselves.

Great picture quality. Smart TV: we catch all Of our shows across Disney, AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Plus and Amazon. This TV offers the full gamut. Also, it has been fun to livestream “Club Quarantine” with DNice on it. Geek Squad came and integrated the sound bar and our cable.

The agent disconnected my existing equipment, removed my old TV, mounted my new TV, and connected it to my existing cable, sound bar and Wi-Fi systems without blinking an eye. On-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and hands-down excellent service!

They were quick, nice and did an amazing job with the wall mount.

but was surprised that hanging it up over my fire place was a $200. charge. over the Premium install I paid $49.99 for.(reduced for having Total Tech.) Reg. price for install was $149.99 But the techs was very expert at what they do. Had it up in a hour, that included moving my bracket up for the bigger 65" tv.

These guys knew what they were doing. Very quick and helpful. Lucky they had an extra mount for installation.

I was pleased with the technicians who mounted my new TV. They were also very informant in explaining how to operate the remote.

The guys were great!! We have a new home and the builders put the wall tube for the cords in the most awkward spot so the tech made another one and you can't even tell there was an extra one added.
