The agents did a great job getting the new tv hooked up and working!

The first installers were an outsourced company who incorrectly mounted the TV and jammed the wires behind the set (and fell down two days later. After contacting Best Buy they arranged for the Geek Squad to fix it. They should up on time. Talked us through the fix, rehung the TV, connected the sound bar and zip tied the wires. They were great. Would be 5 stars if we had not had to have dealt with the first poor installation.

Jarred and his crew did a great job. They checked out the problem and figured out pretty quickly what the issue was. They were respectful of my lack of knowledge and helpful in teaching me how to manage moving tge tv on the mounting. They were great!

This crew did an excellent job and promptly. They had to correct a terrible job from the first team who did not do the job right at all, but these guys handled a it all professionally. Thank you.

Great holds a very large Sony television wall mounted

I had an outdoor 55" installed on a concrete block wall on my patio and the 2 men that did the installation knew exactly what they were doing. They really made this job look easy and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable . I really think it is worth getting your tv professionally installed by Geek Squad if you want it done right.

I bought a 65 inch Sony TV was brought in by Geeks and unpacked, installed my old sound bar bought out side Best Buy without any fuss

The guys called me when they was on there way to my house, was very professional and installed the TV with my mount that I purchased elsewhere onto the wall. hooked it up and took the boxes and cleaned up there mess. I would use the Geek Squad service again. Well worth it.

Patrick and his associates from the Geek Squad did a splendid job in setting up our new Samsung TV. They were, as usual, extremely professional in dealing with the issues around the Covid age. We felt safe and confident of them while they were in our home. They are welcome back anytime for sure!

Bryant and Eric did an excellent job delivering and installing our new 75" TV. They arrived promptly, mounted the new TV on the wall with the mount we purchased from BestBuy, initialized the TV, and linked it to our Xfinity X1 for controlling things with one remote. Very Highly recommended.

This came with the total tech, so I decided to have it installed, rather than DIY. I am glad I did. After some confusion about the timimg, the tech who came out and did the installation did a great job. He was pleasant, and did the job well.
