The Geek Squad was very thorough when mounting the tv.

The agent disconnected my existing equipment, removed my old TV, mounted my new TV, and connected it to my existing cable, sound bar and Wi-Fi systems without blinking an eye. On-time, courteous, knowledgeable, and hands-down excellent service!

The gentlemen that installed my TV/sound system were truly amazing, not only were they exceptionally knowledgeable about the entire system, they were also thorough with the "how to use" training. And they carefully coiled and wrapped all the cords so behind the system is very neat and tidy, which makes me very happy!! To top it off they were very gracious, and kind.

The installation crew delivered my t. V. And installed it as we had requested . Excellent job!!! Very expertise in knowing what they are doing.

Geek Squad is wonderful. They perform excellent quality of work. They installed mount, set up the 55" TV, ran it thru the Settings set up all in under 1&1/2 hrs.

My family wanted to setup our new 85" TV with professional help due to sheer size of the TV. It was my first time using the Geek Squad installation service and I'm glad we did! The whole setup took less than an hour and the team was super friendly! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

Great job mounting the 75-inch TV but they didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves. The lady I spoke to on the phone to book the service said the wiring would be covered and it was not, and cables would be run to the box, again not the case. Trash was not hauled away. A little pricy for the service you end up receiving. Did not get hooked up to Xfinity by the Geek Squad, Xfinity had to come back out to set it up which cost me another $75 service call.

I was very happy with the installation service tech. He was experienced, had a solution for a problem with the position of the mounting brackets and where the electrical outlet was in the middle of the wall. He also took the time to ensure the tv was mounted at the correct height for comfortable viewing.
