    I purchased this service because my last Microwave unexpectedly stopped working. I had the Geek Squad service for that Microwave which allowed me to replace it with a new one. As a result, I purchase the service for the new Microwave as well. Glad I had the Geek Squad service.

    Excellent customer service! Esteban and his assistant were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had questions about the rack we purchased. They answered all of them. We are pleased. We will definitely ask them to come back for other projects.

    These guys were really friendly and made it to my confusing apartment location without issue. Before I could ask them if they wanted a drink, they were finished mounting! They took time and helped me set it all up and explained everything. Really a great service and worth it. Thank you guys!

    Geek Squad agents were very accommodating of my requests, the mount I had previously ordered was not supported by the wall but they provided one from their van. Helped set up Apple TV and cable box, and thoroughly explained the procedure and let me explain to them what I was looking for. Extremely satisfied with the service.
