The Geek Squad (Arthur and Lydell) did a great job of setting is up, it to the wall, mounting the 85" Samsung Q80C to it, and explaining the features..thanks fellas

Perfect got the Tv right where I wanted it would do it again

Instillation was great. Two people arrived to install my 65" TV. Very fast and professional. I could have hung the TV but if I did it it might have fallen off the wall. The installers knew what they were doing and had all the necessary hardware for the project. They also removed my old MONSTER 60" TV...very happy with the service would highly recommend.

Both guys that came to mount my TV and surround sound was awesome! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and provided great recommendations to my questions.

I felt I was an inconvenience to installers. First time with Geek Squad being less than highly satisfied. I wasn’t shown certain functions on controls and new soundbar. They did ask “do you have any questions” however when you have a new system how do you know if you have any questions? I paid almost $700 for setup and installation and I think the installation should have been more thorough.

The contractor, Phillip, called prior to arrival, installed new tv and went over the new requisites and made sure we knew how to be almost as smart as the tv. We had an issue a day later, called Phillip, who advised he would come by the house, but talked us through the problem over the phone. Ten stars!

They did a good job. Set up set and cleaned up well.

Agents set up TV very quickly but I didn’t think they explain how to use it very well…could have been a little friendlier..Had a previous TV installed by Geek Squad last year and agents much friendlier and helpful..

The mount just allows your tv to tilt and slide left to right. I thought it would allow the tv to come out and turn. If you want your tv to turn left to right and come out the wall this is not the mount to buy. It holds my 55 inch TV.

I can always count on Geek Squad to get the job done! They are punctual, polite snd the most qualified crew in town. When I call The Geek Squad, I know the service will be the best available in Houston. That is why I keep renewing my Best But Geek Squad contract each year.
