The delivery and setup team from Best Buy did a great job setting up my new tv and sound bar. They hauled my old tv away, too. Friendly, fast and efficient!

This TV mount is awesome! Easy to install and very sleek.

We purchased a complete home entertainment system for the whole house from Best Buy. We are completely satisfied! Everything was installed by the Geek Squad. The system included 2 televisions with surround speaker systems and built in wall speakers plus additional Sonos One speakers for the other rooms of the home integrated together.

The agents were very thorough and professional. They mounted two with in wall wiring. One room had a fire stud blocking the cables and they were able to configure the wires to make it work!! They also setup all my remotes and configure my sound bars.

The two installers were polite and kind. They advised me of the best way to proceed. They set up everything on the TV. Ready to watch.

While hanging my TV above the fireplace, they took the time to ensure it was in the middle of the fireplace, and each side had the same amount of space.

Two Geek Squad members removed old TV, replaced the mount and installed a new 65" TV and HDMI cable extension. They showed up on time, worked fast and flawlessly. They also provided helpful operating instructions to get us going with our first 'Smart' TV.

The Geek squad was great. Efficient polite and spent the time to explain the 85" T V to me and show me how the mount worked pulling out and turning from side to side. I am so glad I had them come and take care of all this for me

Geek Squad agents were very accommodating of my requests, the mount I had previously ordered was not supported by the wall but they provided one from their van. Helped set up Apple TV and cable box, and thoroughly explained the procedure and let me explain to them what I was looking for. Extremely satisfied with the service.
