The gentleman who was sent to my house to install my big screen / flat screen did an absolutely fabulous job. He was professional, but very friendly, and PATIENT with two older folks who do not fully grasp today's technology at the pace younger folks may get this. Anyway, I was lucky to have such a patient, friendly installer.

The service was performed very well and timely, and the appointment was even moved up during the day. The agents called ahead of time and asked if I wanted to reschedule due to a cancellation. The cost is a bit high ($200) for the 70"+ install I think it was, since it took about 30 minutes to do. However, my install was pretty simple and I could see how it could take quite a while longer for a different scenario.

The guys were friendly and punctual. They know what they’re doing and were sure to clean up any debris afterward. It’s just a little pricey for the time it took to install.

Excellent Team! We had the best experience! They mounted our tv and made sure that it was right and helped us with the setup of our device. It really helped that they were both patient and kind.

Mounted TV in wall which was wooden .Did a clean job

The crew was professional and timely. The reason I gave them only three stars is that the mount started to pull out of the wall with the 65” brand new television! I called and they came out the same day and used longer screws and it’s been fine now. Thanks!

The two techs that mounted our new TV were super. They called about 15 minutes before they came, checked that they had everything correct and were on their way. The job went smoothly and my wife and I are very pleased with both the technicians and their professionalism.

I bought a 65 inch Sony TV was brought in by Geeks and unpacked, installed my old sound bar bought out side Best Buy without any fuss

Very fast and easy to install my 55in Samsung TV..

The Agents installed my new LG 55" smart tv and connected all the HDMI components including my sound bar. The new remote is a little complicated and takes getting used to but the viewing is fantastic.

The agent replaced the slim fixed Sanus TV mount with one that can tilt.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

The Geek Squad did a super job of installing my new 75" TV. They were very courteous and efficient. They were careful in measuring the height to place the mounting and cleaned up everything before they left. If you are having a large screen TV installed, I would recommend that you pay the bucks and let the Geeks do it.

Normally, my husband and I would install this ourselves, but it was a surprise gift for him. They did an amazing job...timely, fast, respectful and tidy. Perfection!
