The 65" TV was too large to install by myself so I had Geek Squad install it. They removed the old 42 inch TV and mounted the new bracket very quickly. The two Geek Squad guys were very pleasant and professional. Showed us how everything worked. Definitely would consider using Geek Squad services again.

The geek squad were very professional and on- time

I liked the tech but there was supposed to be two techs and only one was able to make it. One tech had to put up a 65 inch tv by himself so he put his hand directly on the screen and pushed the tv on to the mount. Put a lot of force on the screen. I am worried about long term damage from this.

I had geek squad mount my TV when I first purchased it, and thought the service was great then. Back then, I was led to believe in the store that by paying for the highest service, they would move my TV to a new residence if I were to move places withing the warranty period. I when I did move recently, I called Best Buy to set the moving appointment, and learned the hard way that the moving perk was actually not a thing. I was disappointed, but still needed the TV mounted and set up, so paid once more for their premium service. I specifically described everything I needed connected and the fact that I needed my cables run through the wall. The person on the phone verified my order, agreed on the price, and set the appointment. The day of, my wife received the technicians, and was made aware the multiple of the services, such as running the power cable through the wall was not included and that, in order for them to be able to do that a separate service needed to be purchase. Additionally the premium package apparently did not cover mounting of the soundbar. At the end we traded not having the cables run through the wall for the soundbar, since calling geek squad customer service was a futile activity. I don't know if this is a practice to promote things that are not cover to get you on a position where you get to pay more money, but at the end I was very disappointment, and may not get geek squad services in the future. I've talked to friends that have contracted other companies just specialized in entretaintmet systems setup, which offer more for your money, and do not mislead customers. This was a miss on their part, because if that's how they treat their elite customer, don't wanna know how it goes for the common fellow.

Wish I had understood the total tech purchase. Paranoid about calling in case you charge me. Still not getting anything out of my new printer even though I took it to Best Buy for check up. Had Comcast come since your visit to fix your help. Disappointed I was promised a free visit and threatened with much more in charges, and did not r Clive most of what I expected. Very disappointed and threaded. Did not buy the product I was promised

The mount that I purchased is going to be installed on March 13th. 2022 so it hasn't yet arrived. I was originally going to have the TV mounted on the wall, then I changed my mind. After seeing the TV on the stand I decided to have it mounted.

All went smoothly and the guys were very efficient.

great job done by installer I am just trying to see if the mount turns other than up and down. If it does it isn't off center if it doesn't it is. Otherwise he did a great job. On time, pleasant and knows what he is doing.

The guys had to take down the old tv,they were very careful cause I was giving it to my son. They installed the new on along with the sound bar, adjusted all the settings an d cleaned up everything.
