He was very knowledgeable and when the mounting hardware was not compatible with the existing bracket, he made sure he secured the proper pieces to make it right. The agents were quick in setting up our new tv and friendly. Our only complaint is that we paid to have our old tv taken away. After several phone calls and a store visit with promises to call, it is still sitting in our living room two months later.
