The geek squad did a tremendous job hanging my tv!

Main guy was very respectful and knowledgeable about the TV - Helper guy was having a little trouble with the screwdriver! Low rating is because they got some of the cords tangled in the arms of the mount which precluded the TV from being precisely adjusted on the wall. Discovered after they left. I was able to partially adjust the cords myself to mostly correct the situation but if I want full mount functionality, I will need them to come back out to correct the situation. They should have checked behind the TV and for full mount functionality before they left. Also, they didn't explain to me before they mounted the TV the limitations I had on how high I could hang the TV on my existing over the fireplace mount given the existing mount and the TV bracket hole connections. They offered no solutions to deal with the issue.

The 2 gentleman who came notified when they were coming, did a great job on the installation. They helped after to show me how to use the tv and cleaned up after. The were very nice guys.

The geek squad agents opened the box, set up the tv at the location I requested. Plugged it in, set the remote control and showed me how to use it. I recommend purchasing totalTeck for all your Bestbuy products, you will appreciate you did.

I have 75” Samsung 8k TV. The display is quite delicate. The guys who took care of job handled it well carefully and mounted it exactly as i wanted. Would definitely recommend this service.

The 2 installers were very professional and courteous. Made suggestions after installation.

1st group of techs came out mounted TV and didnt mount soundbar which I paid extra for, They stated I was better off placing soundbar on top of ent center since there was going to be little clearance they also left TV crooked ( i wasnt there instead I had an over 18 year old adult there to let them in), 2nd group came out and said that the 1st team of techs probably didnt install sound bar because I needed a better mount so they suggested which one to buy, they pried off the newly installed socket in wall and they tried to clean up routing of cables and wires even hauled my TV box for me, 3rd group of techs came over was able to mount sound bar, straightened out the TV but said that they couldnt run wires behind wall because previous team had snapped off tabs for the $79 outlet that I paid for. No one from Best Buy has returned my call since. The geek squad jobs get outsourced to contractors and no real QC from Geek Squad/ Best Buy. If you call or need something you better have a plethora of time to ait on hold and to try and get through geek squads customer service lime. Highly dissapointed!

While hanging my TV above the fireplace, they took the time to ensure it was in the middle of the fireplace, and each side had the same amount of space.

arrivd on time, removed old tv, mounted new tv. explained how to use new tv. hooked everything up, cleaned up after himself.

This was installation of a present television. "Because of it's age (10 years) it required a special wall mount. It took some time to order and get the correct mount, However, once it finally arrived, the installation was done very professionally. Aaron was extremely helpful, neat and polite. I was very pleased with his service.

Great guys,installed .y tv,no fuss moved my mount ,hid all the wires,made sure all worked these guys are great.

The guys were great both times they came out. But the mount is not recommended, I bought a 75” and this mount should support up to an 85”, but it keeps tilting to one side so I have to adjust it all the time.

The Geek Squad exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, courteous, and solved all my problems. They even fixed Mediacom's screw ups. They acted like they really cared about me as a customer. It was an enjoyable experience.
