Geek Squad - Awesome work..

Geek squared quick and friendly

Our only complaint is that we paid to have our old tv taken away. After several phone calls and a store visit with promises to call, it is still sitting in our living room two months later.

Quick to connect

They setup and connected my tv to the Internet, then completed any additional updates and set it for auto updates in the future, and helped diagnose the problems that were causing me to have slow and intermittent internet at times. They were friendly and professional, and very knowledgable about their job.

They even have options for running cables through walls if you want to add that additional $150 package, I think it is worth it. They even set up everything on the tv for me as well as update the firmware.

The Geek Squad technicians installed my TV

Genuinely a A++++ experience

Showed me how the bracket worked. Set up my TV. Showed me how to use the remote. He even removed all trash. It was genuinely a A++++ experience.

One tech had to put up a 65 inch tv by himself so he put his hand directly on the screen and pushed the tv on to the mount. Put a lot of force on the screen. I am worried about long term damage from this.
