The Geek guys who set up my TV were great! They were very good at their job, knew what they doing and worked very efficiently. They answered questions I had. I would use this type of service again! Since we are not good at DIY projects, we knew we couldn't install the TV ourselves. Best to leave it to professionals.

The agent mounted my new tv and connected everything. He paired my existing flex controller with the smart TV controller. Very courteous and nice person.

Geek squad did an amazing job installing my tv and sound bar, they immediately saw a problem with the tv picture and took it to the closest Best Buy and returned within 30 minutes with a new tv and finished the installation and setup processing.

Installer knew various ways to connect audio between an AVR receiver and the Sony TV. Josh suggested connecting streaming devices directly to TV and sending only audio signals to the AVR. This, in turn, allowed us to send audio to a TV connector that streams the audio to my hearing aids. Very helpful!

They did a nice neat job and cleaned up after themselves.

They made sure the TV was expertly put on its stand and level when they left. They made all adjustments that needed to be made, and left it ready to use.

Our fireplace has tile where I wanted the TV mounted and I was nervous about drilling and potentially breaking one. The guys did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend using Geek Squad for a difficult mounting location!

I wasn't in love with the idea of paying the Geek Squad to mount and set up my TV, but it was such a great experience and they were very patient while I tried to decide where to mount, how high, did I understand how to use to TV...you get the picture. It's a great service and I'll take advantage of it again when I move.

Installer did an excellent job Quick and efficient. He didn’ have much of a personality. I had to wait almost two weeks for delivery and installation. Purchased on 8/2 scheduled for and installed on 8/14 I find that unrealistic! Was told that due to all the construction of multiple apartment complexes here that installers are tied up with these importAnt “House Accounts” Doesn’t say much for us “Peons”

Geek squad agent provided excellent service. Worked neatly, made sure everything was operating (and ,more importantly, made sure that I knew how to operate everything) before he left, answered my questions, and last but not least, hauled away my last old (tube) television-which was too heavy for me to lift.

The Geek Squad service is wonderful. They communicated and confirmed my appointment time. Arrived on time. Delivered, Mounted and Connected my TV to my Internet and Cox Cable. Their service includes much more. Definitely worth the 2 yr subscription.

Mount hold large TVs well. Plenty of angle movement.
