Alex was professional and quick.

Great customer service!

They were professional, courteous, and solved all my problems. They even fixed Mediacom's screw ups. They acted like they really cared about me as a customer. It was an enjoyable experience.

Awesome install by the Geek Squad!!!

They were very professional and the installation did not take long at all. They also provided a great demo for both TV’s. Their cleanup was like they were never here. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to perform anyone’s installation. A++++++.

Easy Install

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 65" TV was too large to install by myself so I had Geek Squad install it. They removed the old 42 inch TV and mounted the new bracket very quickly. The two Geek Squad guys were very pleasant and professional. Showed us how everything worked. Definitely would consider using Geek Squad services again.
