Folks came in, labor divided, two guys each doing something else... one secured cords, one mounted things to the wall. Quick work!

Charles and his partner were great. They installed my new 65" TV on the wall, set it up expertly, and even recommended a new center speaker that I was missing from my 7 channel surround sound set up. This was my first time with the Geek Squad and I will use them from now on.

The Geek Squad techs that were sent out were very professional and did a great job installing our 75” TV in the corner of our living room! They gave us their advice on the height they recommended but told us it was ultimately up to us. That was very helpful! They did a great job!

The installers from best Buy arrived on time and took down my upstairs TV from the wall mount, installed my 55" downstairs TV upstairs on the wall mount and set up my new 65" lg and connected everything to working order in less then 90 minutes. I was impressed. There was no doubt they knew what they were doing.

First time went for a geek squad installation, it’s been a good experience. Geek squad personnel have been exception with their service and patiently answered all our questions and suggested recommendations

Marcos handled everything! He delivered the tv, installed the mount, plugged everything in and made sure everything worked. He even cleaned everything up when he was done. He then took the time to patiently and pleasantly instruct these senior citizens on how to use all the new technology and equipment.

I can hang the TV myself, but with such a big screen, it was easier for me to just pay for Geek Squad to do it.

the agents that came to the house were incredibly respectful. They called ahead of time, followed all of the Covid protocols to make sure that we were comfortable and did a fantastic job setting everything up. Cant recommend the service enough

I was REALLY impressed with the Geek Squads installation of my new TV. We spoke about what I was looking to accomplish and they made very good suggestions. Once it was up on the wall, I was very happy with their suggestions and it was clear they had done a million of these.
