They were calling my dad in Connecticut instead of me in California. After the first missed appointment everything was taken care of. It was smooth and quick.

Quick installation of my Television

Very friendly and acted in a professional manner. He also removed my old television for recycling.

Incredibly flexible and very good communication.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the package for the first time, I am recovering from surgery and am very limited and could not have done the install myself. The team was more than worth the costs and I bought the full service plan. We will see how much more value it presents over time but I don’t think I will have any regrets.

They are fine people. The TV had been purchased two years ago and the original mounting was not done properly and almost came off the wall. These young men can come to my house anytime.
