I had an 82" television mounted by the Geek Squad. The installers were great and the day of the service they telephoned numerous times to keep me updated on their arrival. They truly seemed to enjoy their work. The installation was perfect.

The crew kept me posted with regards to my appointment time. They came in and set everything up perfectly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and suggested a better location for our soundbar. Would highly recommend.

Raymond and his partner did excellent job of switching out returned and installed new TV . They very knowledgeable and great instructions on the new TV.

The team was very friendly and got the job done efficiently. Kept me informed of what they needed to do. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star was they didn't ask me to make sure the tv's came on before they left. Wish there was a discount for a total tech member.

The installation crew was awesome. Answer questions an made mounting suggestions that allows me to view in comfort. The guys were friendly knowledgeable and efficient.

I made the mistake of getting a TV delivered and it arrived with a cracked screen that was not discovered until it had been mounted (by someone else). Best Buy replaced the TV, delivered it and mounted it. After telling me they were going to have to charge me, I instead got a refund. This is why I will always go to them first!

Technicians were professional and respectful. They did a beautiful job mounting the TV. The TV was mounted less than a month ago and I have lost the screen on the TV twice. The screen says to check the power connections. The first time it happened I shut the TV and started it again by pressing the power button. The second time it happened I had to reboot the TV. If this occurs again I will make an appointment for the Geek Squad to correct.

They did an excellent job mounting an 85" TV. They knew what they were doing. Mounting over the fireplace mantel left only a few inches from ceiling and few inches from mantel. They got it just right. They took box, plastic straps, and other trash. Also very courteous.

The first installers clearly had no idea how to perform their tasks and walked out on the job leaving our house a disaster. After complaining to the sales manager he arranged for a competent installer to come, who had no trouble performing the required tasks.

Good Job at a fair price, but they could not solve a problem with my Harmony Remote. I did buy it from them a few years ago but they had no information on setting it up.

Totally, 100% satisfied with this service. These 2 guys came on time and did a great job. Polite and helpful. Could not be happier with them and their work.
