The two Geek Squad members removed the old TV, installed the new TV and set up the watching apps for us. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The communication was good with reminder emails, texts and phone call. A pleasant experience.

They arrived when the stated they would and did an excellent job mounting 3 TV wall mounts and 3 large TV’s we had purchased. They cleaned up from their work and removed all the trash from it.

Our last TV lasted 13 years so we spent a long time figuring out what we wanted so when it was time to get a new TV setup we were a bit anxious. Long story short the team at store and ten geek squad helped us find the perfect setup for us.

I wasn't in love with the idea of paying the Geek Squad to mount and set up my TV, but it was such a great experience and they were very patient while I tried to decide where to mount, how high, did I understand how to use to TV...you get the picture. It's a great service and I'll take advantage of it again when I move.

Very knowledgeable crew. Friendly, efficient and clean!

They didn't cut right the first time to accommodate the mount cover, so they charged me an extra $50 to sloppily cut more. They charged me to fix their mistake and then didn't even do a good job! They left a huge gap above the mount, a large gap to the left and bottom. Now I have to pay someone to fix the huge gaps. If they measured correctly, it would have fit perfectly. The cable was not mounted correctly to the mount then the wall. He just attached the cable to the back of the tv, so every time we move it, the cable gets caught on the mantel and I have to move the cable. They also charged another $50 extra (both of these charges were after they did them, they did not tell us in advance that they would charge us extra) to put the TV box in the cabinet. I would not recommend them. The upside is, my husband was so upset he went out and mowed the lawn.

The Geek Squad exceeded by expectations in the install of my new large TV and the moving of the one they replaced to my upstairs Bedroom. They removed the Large TV and took it away. They also put together the new TV Stand for the TV that was moved upstairs.

Jon and his team were great! Very professional and personable. They installed my 85" TV perfectly and gave me a tour of the item after installation. !00% will use them again.

I called a schedule to move our TV and hook up the sound bar and dvd. The contracted agents got here and were very professional, but only had instructions to move the TV. It was a little frustrating that information wasnt relayed correctly. They were very apologetic but said they didn't have time to do anything else that was requested.

The Geek Squad installation person who came was great " he was knowledgeable, payed attention to detail and installed the TV in perfect spot on the wall. He was quick and courteous, he even cleaned up afterwards and would have him back in a heartbeat if we get another TV.

The guys we had were awesome! They were prompt, careful, asked exactly where we wanted the tv mounted, and cleaned up the area under where they had to drill. We were very pleased!

Geek Squad hung our 65” tv and sound bar and hooked up all devices. They did a great job and made sure the app for the sound bar was fully functional too. Very polite and personable duo.
