They answered my questions with satisfactory answers and were beyond the call to reattach my system since the one I had was really antiquated (plasma TV with separate audio/video components). Thank you for responsibly disposing of my old TV and AV units.

WANTMY PORTRAITON!

Excellent on all levels!!

He delivered the tv, installed the mount, plugged everything in and made sure everything worked. He even cleaned everything up when he was done. He then took the time to patiently and pleasantly instruct these senior citizens on how to use all the new technology and equipment.

They made it look easy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers from best Buy arrived on time and took down my upstairs TV from the wall mount, installed my 55" downstairs TV upstairs on the wall mount and set up my new 65" lg and connected everything to working order in less then 90 minutes. I was impressed. There was no doubt they knew what they were doing.
