Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did a very good job installing tv and telling me about how it works and what they reccomended only thing that im unhapoy with is that the tv isnt mounted over the center of my mantle plan on calling them back out to see what they can do about it

I made it clear that I only wanted the geek squad to do the installation..why did I have a third-party show up. Even the BB associate was like yeah I rather for you to have our guys do the installation. Im upset about that bc I think your word is your word.

Stress-Free Purchase

They were respectful of our house and our time. We have the Tech Support membership and everybody with the geek squad has been great.

TV OFF CENTER

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guys got the job done: hung my tv mount , television. hooked up my blue ray and soundbar , so i did not have to program anything. This was good. Not so good... my TV is off center. I specifically asked to center the TV over the storage bench below. i figured that they have to center TV's all the time and it would be easy for them to be accurate, but, after they left and I sat down to watch my TV , i noticed that the TV was not centered over the storage bench. To have the TV centered over my storage bench, i had to push it over by atleast 4 inches, Now the storage bench is too close to my entry way table and I wanted the entryway table and the storage bench to be as far apart from each other as possible. So , this is annoying and did not have to happen, but now I am stuck with this, unless i want to pay them to come out again and make more holes in my drywall re-centering my TV. Disappointed
