Absolutely one of the better install and set up experiences I have ever had. Two technicians clearly knew what they were doing and not only set up and leveled this TV to specifications, they tuned it and adjusted it and educated me on a few things. They even used a different wall mount than the one I bought to save me money in the long run. What an awesome experience and glad I went with Total tech and Geek Squad. Just excellent!

I cannot say enough positive things about my Geek Squad experience. Nick and Vern were so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, neat and went above and beyond to make sure my job was done correctly. They arrived very promptly to my home in the morning. One of the mounts I purchased from the store was too large for the job. Nick suggested a smaller option and, because they had time in their afternoon schedule, they brought the smaller one back to my home so that my job was totally completed in one day. I cannot thank them enough for the great service.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting tvs. We would definitely use their services in the future. Would highly recommend!

The 65" Sony TV I purchased from Best Buy has exceeded my expectations. The picture is so good, I have invited my neighbors and son to drop in and watch with me! The Geek Squad installed it in less than an hour and did a superb job of explaining all the features of the TV and remote control. Well done Best Buy!

Great!!! They came in and mounted TV with no problem. Programmed the new TV which was something that would have been beyond this "ludite's" capability. Well worth the price!

Geek Squad did a phenomenal job installing my Best Buy TV Mount to the wall in my home. The installers were incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional and did fantastic work. The Geek Squad technicians were incredible. They were on-time and very professional. The wall-mount installation was quick but also done correctly.

Set up was really great. Attitude of the installers was very professional and friendly. They explained the differences from our old TV very well and also answered my questions very well. The Geek Squad came through again!!

The technician that came to install and set up my new tv was superb. He was very nice and helpful and extremely considerate. The job was done well.

Jesse from the Geek Squad did an amazing job of setting up my tv! He moved my old one to my bedroom and after installing the new one he was kind enough to plug in my devices that were connected to my last tv. He even made sure it was programmed correctly and that everything looked good before leaving. Great quality care, extremely nice, and welcoming.

The Geek Squad guys were efficient and did a great job installing a wall mount and our new Bravia 85 inch. They were very knowledgeable and quickly got us trained up on navigating our new TV. They took our old TV for recycling (we paid extra) and all boxes, so all we had left was to sit down and enjoy!

I was not expecting to purchase a new tv, I went for a tv mount only. I noticed Best Buy had some great deals on television. So I was willing to upgrade from a 65 in I already own. While checking out some of the tv that was on sale . Me in the sales rep went over all the pro and cons for each tv. I didn’t really want this tv because I felt like the back was snot small enough to go on my wall. But with really taking my time . I decided this is the one. The quality is amazing the size is perfect. I am enjoying this one better than the current tvs in my home

Beautiful tv functions well, many things to still learn about it because as of this wiring I’ve only had it just one day but so far so good. The sound bar is ok but looking for something with more power and speaker strengh. Will probably buy a dedicated AV receiver to take this combo to another level. I give the installation team 5 stars for their quick efficiency in the setup and testing of the combination sound bar and tv. Very nice and professional was their visit. 5 stars. I bought a 75' inch TV and mount. Geek squad delivered, mounted, setup and sold me proper length (15 foot HDMI) at $15 for my new TV. Wow! And removed all the trash, vacuumed the area and were more than professional. Highly recommend. Nice being a Total Tech member so install, delivery and setup was free with membership. Awesome job!

Installation went without a hitch The installer was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Do not think I could have had a better individual to setup and explain all details and answered all questions I had.
