Joe and the Geek Squad Team are phenomenal. They installed a new LG G3 OLED display, re-installed the Sonos ARC, and integrated the AppleTV; all on an articulating mount above our mantle. Looks absolutely amazing; all the cables are hidden and all the functions streamlined. The team even configured the sound, the picture and demoed how to work with the new system.

Beautiful tv functions well, many things to still learn about it because as of this wiring I’ve only had it just one day but so far so good. The sound bar is ok but looking for something with more power and speaker strengh. Will probably buy a dedicated AV receiver to take this combo to another level. I give the installation team 5 stars for their quick efficiency in the setup and testing of the combination sound bar and tv. Very nice and professional was their visit. 5 stars. Clean and quick install. Love the extended warranty and installation packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

Set up was really great. Attitude of the installers was very professional and friendly. They explained the differences from our old TV very well and also answered my questions very well. The Geek Squad came through again!!

The 65" Sony TV I purchased from Best Buy has exceeded my expectations. The picture is so good, I have invited my neighbors and son to drop in and watch with me! The Geek Squad installed it in less than an hour and did a superb job of explaining all the features of the TV and remote control. Well done Best Buy!

Absolutely one of the better install and set up experiences I have ever had. Two technicians clearly knew what they were doing and not only set up and leveled this TV to specifications, they tuned it and adjusted it and educated me on a few things. They even used a different wall mount than the one I bought to save me money in the long run. What an awesome experience and glad I went with Total tech and Geek Squad. Just excellent!

The geeks quad was very professional quick and knowledgeable about hanging my tv. I would recommend them to all my friends and will use them again.

The guys worked for a couple of hours trying to fasten the TV mount to the exterior wall which has 1/2 inch sheet rock then 2 inches of foam block and then 6 inches of concrete with another 2 inches of foam block plus stucco on the outside. The bolts they had brought were too short to grab the concrete so they to order longer bolts and come back about a week later to finish the installation. When they finished, the mount was level and exactly where it needed to be! Mission accomplished! Job well done!

I cannot say enough positive things about my Geek Squad experience. Nick and Vern were so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, neat and went above and beyond to make sure my job was done correctly. They arrived very promptly to my home in the morning. One of the mounts I purchased from the store was too large for the job. Nick suggested a smaller option and, because they had time in their afternoon schedule, they brought the smaller one back to my home so that my job was totally completed in one day. I cannot thank them enough for the great service.

The Geek Squad guys were efficient and did a great job installing a wall mount and our new Bravia 85 inch. They were very knowledgeable and quickly got us trained up on navigating our new TV. They took our old TV for recycling (we paid extra) and all boxes, so all we had left was to sit down and enjoy!

Geek Squad did a phenomenal job installing my Best Buy TV Mount to the wall in my home. The installers were incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional and did fantastic work. Jesse from the Geek Squad did an amazing job of setting up my tv! He moved my old one to my bedroom and after installing the new one he was kind enough to plug in my devices that were connected to my last tv. He even made sure it was programmed correctly and that everything looked good before leaving. Great quality care, extremely nice, and welcoming.
