TV is amazing but the Geek Squad set up was even more amazing. Once they hung the TV they also patiently showed me how to work the TV. I would recommend their services to everyone I know.

I have been a pretty big "do it yourselfer" over the years, but never again. It was very satisfying to sit down and enjoy the TV after it was installed without the aggravation of installing it. No project ever goes as planned, but it did this time because it wasn't my project!

On time and very professional, cleaned up after and fast

Unfortunately when the TV came along with the geek squad the TV screen was broken but the guys were amazing and quickly was able to rectify the situation. Within 5 days they were able to get a new replacement TV and take the broken one back! Happy Customer and I love the TV

The 2 tech employees that were sent to our home to install a new tv were very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Great TV, great service by BestBuy & Geek Squad as well. Highly recommend! We purchased an 85" Sony, 55" sony, (3) 43" Sony, JBL 9.1 Soundbar, wall mount brackets for our newly finished basement with theater, multiroom sound system and absolutely love it!

Could not complete the install because all of the pieces for the mount weren't included although it wasn't an open box purchase. Courteous and helpful. Made sure the tv worked prior to leaving.

The technicians weregreat On time Efficient Competent Frindly

Horrible ! But it was NOT geek squad That installed it. It was subcontracted out as they were overbooked. The guy was rude and did not let me explain were I wanted it mounted. Best Buy was AMAZING with fixing the situation. I commend how well they handled the situation!!! Thank you !!!! Bad situation but Best Buy fixes it ! That is why I am giving you 4 stars !!!

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

The guys did a great job and were very nick and informative but the price is a Lil high in my opinion

The guys were fantastic, showed up on time, evaluated the existing conditions, figure out a way in which to best service us and proceeded with professionalism and friendliness. Couldn't be happier! A+A+A+

The agents set up the TV and answered all my questions including ones not directly related to this TV install. Definitely first class service.
