They did a great job! They were supposed to follow up on how to get the portrait mode to stay on and I have not heard back from them. This is really disappointing as this is why I bought this TV.

Elijah arrived on time with a colleague who was learning the ropes. Elijah took extra care with installing my 43" tv into a corner, and helped me to understand my new tv. He was super good, courteous and neat in how he worked. These two men took everything away that was not needed. Really good work.

This team of 2 was so professional and kind. They answered all my questions (and I had many!) thoroughly and patiently. I absolutely recommend these services.

I recently purchased a 55' TV and needed it mounted. The Geek Squad was excellent keeping me apprised of their arrival. time. They arrived early in their window. They were quick and courteous and I would definitely use them again.

I ended up with this vs a More expensive mount because I know I will hardly ever adjust the tv. Just make sure you have studs in your walls. The guy came and out a bunch of wholes in my wall and then couldn’t mount. 100% returned.

Well it is great . Ok I hope the price willl cheaper in the future.

Luke installed our new tv and connected it to existing speaker receiver quickly. He answered all of my questions and was well mannered! Great customer service.

The squad set up our large screen in about an hour. all was perfect. They explained how to work the system and controls. All boxes, Styrofoam, plastic bags we pick up and loaded into their truck and hauled away, They did a wonderful job.

Will and assistant did a great job of installing and explaining functions of tv. They were both very knowledgeable, profrssional, and courteous.

The techs mounted our 65" tv in the living room and did a fantastic job. Not only was the TV mounted efficiently and quickly we got a wonderful explanation of all the features the tv offered and how to access them. We had really great service - neat, clean efficient. We are very happy.

The experience process was awful, it was the worst experience I’ve had with Best Buy. I was told one thing when I bought the television about when the delivery and installation could be done. When the guy called he advised it couldn’t be delivered at that time. He stated he would call me when he would be in route to my house and I would meet him. He never called and gave my service to someone else. The new person didn’t call and never rang my door bell, which is a ring doorbell. When I called the Geek Squad number, I told a subject what happened and he set me up for a date near to that. No one showed up and I went to Best Buy and talked with two individuals and they told the person who gave me the second appointment shouldn’t have given an appointment, even though that was the number to call. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to go to the bottom of the list, they seemed very uncaring to my issue. The guy who installed my television was great. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing what he was doing, and wanted me to know if anything goes wrong how to reach him.

When I bought an LG OLED 65" TV recently, 2 Geek Squad agent came out to my house and quickly install the new TV on the wall. Both of the agents were very courteous and answered all my questions while they were in my home and we're finished in a very efficient manner

Very happy with this install team, this time around. They listened to how I wanted everything done. Then actually did it all right. Previously, the other install team did not. I had to go back upstairs & watch them. Grown men should not be needed to micro manage.
