Geek Squad was on time and installed the tv perfectly.

I love my installer. She was super nice, kept me informed of TV delivery delays and super nice when they actually installed my TV. Really recommend the Geek Squad teams at the Lewisville, TX store.

Geek Squad did a great job in installing a new Samsung 85" TV to our wall. Very professional and knowledgeable. They helped with the setup too. We even had them mount our small 55" TV to the wall too even thought this was not scheduled. A+

Picture is good but not knock out spectacular. The smart TV features are extensive and well organized. The Geek Squad was fabulous. Samsung has great telephone customer service if needed. Only real negative: the remote that comes with this TV is too small and a little difficult to handle, but sufficient.

Using this service through geek squad was easy and simple, they came to my house, installed the wall mount and tv and reconnected my wires and everything. They went above and beyond when the explained to my father the features of his tv and his surround sound system. Will most likely use them again.

I've been having GREAT experiences with Geek Squad. They're always professional and are great with their communication. This TV has a great picture and quality. I love that the Firestick is built in because it eliminates unneeded wiring/cords. Connected easily to all of my systems and gaming on it is amazing.
