The guys that showed up were great and efficient! Somewhere in the fine print it says that if installed above a fire place there is an additional $99 fee. You cant pay that online when you set up the service, but they charge you when they show up.

We had the same team both times for the installation which was awesome. First because they are a great team and secondly, they knew the situation when they returned. (The reason they had to come back a second time was because we had to move an electrical outlet.)

the first guy realized he needed help and they came 45 minutes later - the removal of the previous screen went smooth and install of this 55" went great

I had 4 TV's mounted and needed 2 different mounts than what I had and the technicians had everything I needed and helped out everywhere they could. Great group of people to work with. Definitely recommend them.

The team who installed, mounted, and connected our 86” TV did an excellent job- they were professional and cleaned up after the installation!

The Tech Squad guys did a fabulous job of connecting all of the components in my new 65" Sony A80J OLED TV system. The work was done accurately, quickly and professionally. They were extremely helpful and courteous.

Both members of the Geek Squad were super friendly! They were very efficient and did their job perfectly. I wouldnt mind having the same Geek Squad members out for any future jobs I might need! They made sure everything stayed clean in my home while they worked. I was very impressed and satisfied!

As a self proclaimed DIYer, it was tough for me to go ahead and pay the cost of this service. I am reformed!! It was worth the cost-no extra trips "back to the store", tv was installed and working properly in minutes. The TV sits in the wall mount correctly and Geek Squad even fixed the errant chord problem.

Agent resolved problems I had with my TV remote. Appeared to be complicated but he was very thorough & patient & ultimately figured out that there were several issues with the TV, remotes & other devices. Very impressed with his knowledge & troubleshooting skills.

The agent that installed the tv and mounted it was very efficient, extremely neat and was very professional. He took the time to go over the operation carefully explaining repeatedly as needed. We never felt rushed and was very happy with the whole process.

Booking the appt was a pain, started online and it was a hassle. But the guys who came were professional and the best part was they wore shoe booties!!!! #newHomeownerProblems we supplied the mount for a 55” flat screen. Took 15 minutes :)

Installed TV knew how to taylor it to our desire. Very friendly people.
