I was expecting maybe a discount for already being on property.

Professional TV mounting

The Geek Squad guys came in and installed the mount and TV very quickly and without any issues. They did a great job explaining how the mount worked and how to move it around.

Tv mounting

Great costumer service even that there was a wrong item that was picked up from the warehouse that was handed to them. I am still satisfied with Best Buy regardless. Currently waiting for a refund but all is good so far.

Was advised that TV was not repairable. When he took the old TV, the TV mounting brackets was taken but not returned. The best personnel could not make installation with no bracket. Current waiting for return of bracket by Clearwater TV and appliance for installation to be completed. Please advise.

Mostly good install.

Everything works great but first startup of day can be a little inconsistent. Always eventually works but seems to take different steps day to day.
