Guys came and set up the TV. I'm annoyed it's no longer included with the purchase of a TV, and that will likely make me to start looking elsewhere for my electronics needs, but the service itself was fine

The Geek Squad team mounted my new 83" TV and set it up to work with my existing receiver. They were super friendly and answered all my questions. They made sure that I was completely satisfied and never rushed.

The guy complained a lot about it being an above the fireplace mount and threatened to charge me more. The original mount was installed by Best Buy also. The guy wasn’t as familiar with it and got upset that he put the TV up wrong and had to redo it and that’s when he started saying he may charge me more money. This was a horrible experience. He asked me who setup the service and I told him the guy in the store that sold me the TV. He just made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for quality work and if you had to charge me more then fine but you didn’t have to come in my home and be a Negative Nancy the entire time.

The guys who mounted the TV were great! They took the time to walk me through the steps of using the remotes between the TV and PS4. They showed me some great shortcuts to get through my favorite shows and were very patient with my questions. I highly recommend them!!

These guys were great-showed up on-time, were very respectful and didn't leave until I was fully set up and understood the controls. Great experience!

Your service Techs are awesome! So friendly and kind. They knew exactly what they were doing. They made sure I was communicated with the whole time. They asked my opinion about spacing. Great employees for Best Buy!

Our technician, Kenny from Geek Squad, was the best we have ever seen. He was very prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We had him both times to install our TV's and mounts on the wall. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone.

Having the TV mounted to the wall was the best thing.

Arrived in a timely manner. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up after. We have no complaints. Planning to give them a call for another TV installation in a different room.

I was worried about hiring to do something I'd normally do myself, but we got a BIG tv this time. The guys who came out to mount it did an outstanding job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to get it right.

The agents installed the tv, helped me with setting up hulu and explained ARC to us. We had bought a new reciever from Best Buy, and wanted to try it but they said it was iffy at best and other reviews really bore that out so saved us a lot of frustration and we hooked up optical digital instead.

The service was excellent and the technician was very personable and knowledgeable.

Unless you are a handy man with a trusted assistant you need this service for a large TV. I speak from personal experience. The screen is so fragile it will break if you apply the slightest amount of pressure to the screen when you lift th the TV. Geek Squad install the wall mount, connect all of your devices and remove your old TV.

The agents mounted the tv very nicely and even double/triple check their work!

Overall excellent service for the installation of my new TV and sound bar. They explained every step along the way and share very helpful tips to ensure I understood the features of my new TV.
