They did an excellent and very neat job, clasping all the cords together and behind the chest the sound bar sits on. Everything is synced to work off of my TV remote which keeps it simple. As always, I’m very pleased with The Work done by The Geek Squad and will always use them again!

The TV was never mounted, and I’m waiting for a refund to be issued. The gentleman‘s name was Willis and he was very helpful but unfortunately the mounting was not completed.

They took down our 55" TV and put up the new 75" TV. They were professional, friendly and programmed the Comcast TV remotes (2) and made sure everything was working prior to leaving.

The gentleman that did the install was quick efficient and definitely had been doing this for a while. It probably won't be the last time i use Best Buy for installs. It is definitely worth the money.

Geek squad mounted my 80” tv for me and my surround sound. Very nice crew and they took safety precautions very seriously. They also made sure everything was clean and neat while doing wrk and especially wen done. Thanks geek squad

The team was very very mindful of overall space in our home and took their time and extra steps not to knock into any other furniture in our home. They even cleaned up after themselves!

The Geek Squad installed my 75'' TV and did a fantastic job. They kept in touch with me and were able to easily reschedule when I couldn't make our original appointment. Nick was polite and respectful and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. It was well worth the money!

I was surprised how well my installation crew did. I bought 2 mounts. They tried so hard to get the non-compatible one to work and when we gave up it was because the mount just was not going to work. Luckily I had a second mount that they had recommended and it worked like a charm. But this crew was perfect!

Geek Squad mounted my TV in a timely manner and made helpful suggestions about my previous connection. They were very patient with me while reviewing the controls on the remote and showing me the different features on the television. I was quite pleased with the service.

After several requests to get new TV installed and the move 2-TVs to different locations inside house which was finally done on 3-15-23! I've now have the installs completed and the Geek Guys on 3-15-23 did an very good install & very helpful with it1

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all of my devices. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. All empty boxes and cartons were cleaned up by the agents and it was a most pleasant experience for me. They get an A+ in my grading system.
