Geek squad did an Awesome JOB /Professioal respectful and Polite.. I would refer my family to Purchase from BESTBUY‼️

The agents arrived in timely fashion and worked well together. They were professionals and made sure the television was mounted to our satisfaction. I appreciate their focus in making sure the television was connected and operating properly. Thank you Geek Squad!!

The guys were efficient and courteous. They set up, installed the wall mount and TV in a short amount of time and cleaned up. It was something I could not do myself and they did it so well!

I provided the technician with two in wall outlets so cables could be easily run and hide the cabling. He did not ask any questions so I figured he had seen how the old wall mounted television was connected as well as the Ethernet cables. When I checked on his install he had drilled out the Ethernet outlet box and pulled cables through it and did not install in the way I had requested. The connection behind the tv (although unseen behind the new tv) will cause issues when we try to sell our home in the future. The Ethernet throughout the house did not work after he left and Best Buy had to send him out again the fix properly. Not impressed with technician or the general appearance of the install. I would not recommend using this technician.

Great and quick service. Two members came opened the TV box, mounted the stand quickly. They asked my preferences and worked smoothly with me smoothly and provided an excellent service. They welcome questions, and comments and were willing to change the set up to fit well with my interest.

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

Excellent service the service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. I will recommend Best Buy and The Geek Squad to all my family and friends. The service is absolutely amazing.

Bestbuy installed my new 75" TV and it didn't cost me much since I have the GeekSquad plan. I am satisfied with the job and I didn't have a hard time to schedule an appointment. I believe the installation took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish.

Malcom and his partner (sorry I can't remember his name) were awesome. On time, shoes covered, made quick work of the install of our existing (Best Buy purchased) 75" TV and a new Samsung Soundbar. Very pleased!

The guys who came to my house to set up my television, portable projector and Sonos system did a great job, everything worked and they gave me full instructions on how to operate all the systems as well as helping me download all the necessary apps that I needed.

The mount I bought was not the correct one. The technician told me which one to buy and I went to BB to purchase it. I came back and they installed it in no time.

I purchased a 75in Samsung TV which weighs almost 90lbs. I needed professionals to minimize the risk of a DIY wall mounting disaster. The Geek Squad measure, mounted and tested the TV installation and I have peace of mind that my TV won’t wind up in pieces.
