The Geek Squad duo was, professional throughout, skillful, fast and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone.

The guys hauled my old dinosaur TV away and installed my new SONY X80J in a matter of minutes. They hooked up my VCR/DVD player, but were unable to connect my old cable box. I had an Optimum rep come later in the week, and that was done too.

I used Geek Squad and they installed a new bracket that tilts and it pairs really well with the tv. They were in time and had the job done in 40 min.

The mount I bought was not the correct one. The technician told me which one to buy and I went to BB to purchase it. I came back and they installed it in no time.

Tv was mounted and set up ran cables. It was fine.

Installers unboxed and mounted the TV in efficient manner They took their time to explain operation and answer questions.

The agent installed and mounted my tv perfectly. He did it quickly and made certain it was located exactly where I wanted it. Very professional, friendly and cleaned up the dirt and dust. He also made certain the tv and streaming services were working properly before he left. Very satisfied

Gabe and Gavin from Geek Squad are the reason that I continue to utilize services from Best Buy. They came out and installed a wall mount and new Samsung Q60 65’ within about 30 mins. Unbelievably fast and efficient. The tv and mount are incredibly sturdy thanks to Gabe and Gavin.

The Tech Squad guys did a fabulous job of connecting all of the components in my new 65" Sony A80J OLED TV system. The work was done accurately, quickly and professionally. They were extremely helpful and courteous.

Had GeekSquad come out to mount a 55” TV. Planned to have cabling run through the wall, but they discovered the was was cinder block. Changed directions and did a great job of getting the tv mounted and cables hidden cleanly. They even updated a few setting on my TV that I’d missed. Solid service as always.

We scheduled to have a large (75") TV mounted that was purchased at Best Buy, using a mount that was also purchased from Best Buy for a lightly smaller TV (65"), again, purchased from Best Buy. When scheduling over the phone, the customer service agent asked many questions, so all was disclosed on what service we were needing, where the TV is going, what size is the TV, what size is the mount, etc. The day of the scheduled service, one of the Geek Squad guys that was scheduled to come, actually called and reviewed the details over the phone, verifying that the mount was the appropriate size, verifying that I just needed the TV mounted, not hooked up to other components, etc. All seemed well. However, upon arrival, the other Geek Squad guy came in, looked at the new TV that we had taken out of the box to have ready, and told me "Nope, this isn't happening" and then crossed his arms and just stood there. When we asked what the issue was, he claimed that the basic mounting was not the correct option for us to have selected and this was a special job, which would be at least $350 more. I explained to him that, when I scheduled over the phone, I had been very honest about how large the TV was, where the mount was, and that the current smaller TV was being replaced by the new TV. Actually, when I scheduled, I was told that because we didn't want components hooked up or wires hidden in the wall that this was a "basic" mount, so this is how she scheduled it. (This was not a request or decision of mine, it was the conclusion/selection that customer service rep came to after asking all of her questions. The Geek Squad guy was just so rude about the whole thing. He was absolutely unhelpful, arms crossed, arguing with me the entire time about what he claimed I must have said or not said on the phone when I scheduled. He had negative things to say about the customer service lady that I spoke to when I scheduled, also claiming that she was incompetent. This was not an apology for his company or company's employee, but more of an insult to both her and I that we so incompetently scheduled this visit. Honestly, it felt like he had no interest in working anymore that day, as it was around 3:30-4 PM when they arrived. I had also booked to have a smart door bell install (again, also purchased at Best Buy) but after he said he couldn't mount the TV, he just left, so I guess I will need to figure that one out on my own as I will not use this service again. Long story short, we make most of our electronics and appliance purchases from them and this is the first issue I have experience, but it has really changed my view on Geek Squad and Best Buy.

The squad set up our large screen in about an hour. all was perfect. They explained how to work the system and controls. All boxes, Styrofoam, plastic bags we pick up and loaded into their truck and hauled away, They did a wonderful job.

Very knowledgeable, very fast and helpful definitely using geek squad for any installation and the technician that help us out were GREAT like GREAT!!!

The technicians who set up my tv were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and did the job beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

The agent mounted my tv to the wall and went over the function of the mount. The box was missing pieces so he had to come back to complete the job. He was very apologetic. He also had to clean up the mess from the other tv mount job.

They were great. The TV as mounted, set up and internet connected. Very efficient.

The gentleman that did the install was quick efficient and definitely had been doing this for a while. It probably won't be the last time i use Best Buy for installs. It is definitely worth the money.

The agents called right before they arrived to explain the procedures they would take to protect our household as well as themselves during the Covid19 crisis. Their installation process was neat, quick and thorough. The bonus was their friendly personalities! Great job!
