Very professional and kind people . Wouldn’t want another company to come in my home and set up another tv they were the absolute greatest

The men who installed my 55" TV were on time and did a good job. They could not haul off the TV box because they had no room in their van. Funny, because they had room for it with the TV in it, but not after the TV was removed from the box.

Steve was absolutely top-notch. Quality of the TV is still terrible and I have such a headache from what I went through. But Steve was amazing.

The guys were efficient and courteous. They set up, installed the wall mount and TV in a short amount of time and cleaned up. It was something I could not do myself and they did it so well!

Installation was tricky per the installers. That said, it works well once installed.

Well it is great . Ok I hope the price willl cheaper in the future.

Excellent installation and professional installers. They removed my 70" Vizio from above my fireplace and installed the 75" Samsung. Looks great

Unpackaged everything set up wall mount just where needed. Perfect height. Placed t.v. on mount set up functions and explained use . They even help with sound bar wi-if connection. Cleaned up all wrappers and boxes and made sure we were happy and understood how to function wall mount tv. and remote.

When I bought an LG OLED 65" TV recently, 2 Geek Squad agent came out to my house and quickly install the new TV on the wall. Both of the agents were very courteous and answered all my questions while they were in my home and we're finished in a very efficient manner

Our tech was simply the best— set up our tv plus mount it and not a piece of trash left when done

Geek squad did not set up tv/receiver to communicate properly, Brandon did not appear interested in taking the time, and he is not welcome in my home again. Tv has been swapped out, and have another appt scheduled for the receiver & universal remote to be configured correctly. Brandon said my universal remote was too old, yet bestbuy still sells it. Again, shame on Brandon, he also said my router/modom was out dated. When i went to bestbuy for tv exchange & check into a new router... Bestbuy still sells the router i currently have. Brandon needs interpersonal skills and additional knowledge of what is sold and current. And he needs to complete his job

The TV I have now is awesome the B2 it only has a couple things that are missing from the seat she she too so I was going to upgrade it but I'm not I'm going to stay with the B2

I've used this service in the past and haven't had any issues. they call and touch base with you to make sure you are kept in the loop.

Very happy with this install team, this time around. They listened to how I wanted everything done. Then actually did it all right. Previously, the other install team did not. I had to go back upstairs & watch them. Grown men should not be needed to micro manage.

The technician, Kennedy, had our new television mounted and set up in no time. She was very helpful in explaining all the features of the new television and how to use them.

Love their Geek Squad service, never an issue. We live an hour away from the closest store and always comes out when I need them.

Geek squad were awesome. First time I used them. Won’t be the last. Great install and really friendly people. They Arrived punctually and did the job right and didn’t just rush through it. I waited about two months to review this job and tv is still on the wall and mount is well up on it still.

Geek Squad staff did an excellent job of mounting and setting up TV. TV, including streaming, and sound bar worked great. They were very helpful and explained how to use everything.
