Mounted the tv correctly and where I wanted it. Very professional

The agents mounted and set up my tv in a professional manner and patiently answered all of my husbands many questions ! Everything turned out just as I wanted. Very pleased!!

The agents were punctual, efficient, professional and friendly. They programmed the tv before they left.

Physical installation no problem but problem with wireless connection - turned out to be faulty Roku - replaced it and they returned the following day to make sure all worked

Elijah arrived on time with a colleague who was learning the ropes. Elijah took extra care with installing my 43" tv into a corner, and helped me to understand my new tv. He was super good, courteous and neat in how he worked. These two men took everything away that was not needed. Really good work.

The techs mounted our 65" tv in the living room and did a fantastic job. Not only was the TV mounted efficiently and quickly we got a wonderful explanation of all the features the tv offered and how to access them. We had really great service - neat, clean efficient. We are very happy.

The agent that installed the tv and mounted it was very efficient, extremely neat and was very professional. He took the time to go over the operation carefully explaining repeatedly as needed. We never felt rushed and was very happy with the whole process.

They came on time even brought a new mounting bracket because the one I bought was to small. They set everything up my back light and my sound system.

Team was great Had a bad display on first TV Packed it back up and has me a replacement in a couple days Didn’t complain, offered to stay masked for those who care Didn’t mind unpacking in garage to keep styrofoam out of house
