The TV was mounted outside and we are very pleased

The two people who came to mount my television were very pleasant, professional, and surprisingly very fast. They were in and out very quickly, leaving no trace of their visit behind. They wore booties over their shoes prior to entering the home as well!

The agents who mounted my TV were very polite. However, since the TV was already out of the box they didn't really know how to handle the TV in order to install it properly since it was so big (75 inches). They explained it's fast when it's in the box and they were trying to figure out how to manage inserting the screws now. They ended up washing a couple of the screws but didn't say anything. They lifted the TV onto the entertainment center and said they were done and quickly left. Since the TV wasn't centered we moved it and noticed the TV was moving a bit too much - a bit wobbly. I took a look at the back and this is when I noticed the screws had been washed. It seems safe enough but that was not what I expect from Geek Squad.

Set up went smoothly. Techs were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices.

The guys had a real challenge. They had to position a 65" TV in a hutch-like open back cabinet with about two inches to spare. I was afraid they'd miss the mark, but they mounted the mount to the wall and the TV to the mount perfectly.

Briana was awesome! She had constant communication with me to let me know when she was arriving. Once her and Hector came, they were extremely professional. Great team!

Two of the three different visits involved professionals with pleasant demeanors.

… upon arriving, he informed me that the full motion bracket that I had already purchased, was not good for such a large TV, (65 in.) … he had standard, fixed, brackets on his truck. … If full motion was not best, I would think that the sales clerk would know, and I could discuss with him before I made a purchase. ..anyway, I had him install the full motion that I already had.

Geek squad did a fabulous job installing our TV & helping us learn the remote. They were very helpful & answered all my questions.

Bought 85 inch TV and had it mounted on the wall by Geek Squad. It's works well but it is a little awkward to use. Mounting looks great and is very strong. I would trying advise not to doing this yourself.

Tony and Brian have got to be the absolute Best Employees at BEST. They worked at a lot of wires and finally got all of them working properly. They were professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Kudos to BEST for employees like Brian and Tony.

Agents mounted tv exactly where we asked, hooked up all equipment, tested tv and explained functions. The installers were totally professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Peace of mind knowing everything was done right, made the investment worth every penny spent.

it was only the connection of the soundbar to the new tv that was done since we changed our minds about the wall mount on the new tv. our soundbar is perfectly in sync with the tv. we love the sounds! great work for the geek squad guys
