I purchased the TV installation service, as i could net get a tech during Covid-19. I have to say that Geek Squad is the best. Worry free and Seemless installation.

We had the Geek Squad mount our new 75” TV. This was the first TV we had professionally mounted. We couldn’t believe how quickly they had the job perfectly done. I loved that they took care not to track dirt into our home.

The JBUDS Airsport are just what I was looking for. It not only provides quality wireless sound but I no longer have to be concerned about the earbuds falling out of my ears. And no more worrying about tangled wire lines.

the agent dismounted my old tv, mounted the new tv, made sure it was paired with the remote control, and made certain i knew how to use it before he left! that's what i call EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I've used this service in the past and haven't had any issues. they call and touch base with you to make sure you are kept in the loop.

We had a surround sound issue and they put in new cables to our currently owned TV in the living room. They also Leveled my TV, which had never been leveled in 11 years. We did not even realize how unleavened and un-centered it was on the wall until they fixed it.

Ted spent 3 hours mounting and setting up 2 tvs. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient with me as I have never had a smart tv before. If all their techs are like him, I highly recommend.

When the guys came out to deliver and set up my TV they did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. They did a great job and refunded me on the mount and fireplace installation upgrade since they were able to use my old bracket. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

The Techs took down my old set and replaced it with the new set, and hooked up my Sound Bar. They were quick and very proficient at their work. We would use them again.

The tech that came out was great! very personable, easy to talk to and he explained why we were having such a hard time finding the studs in our wall of our old home. He had it up in no time and made sure i was satisfied with his work before he left
