Geek sqaud is awesome they took away my warrantee sony 8k after panel problem. Helped me upgrade to a larger newer sony a95j. Remounted and setup and went above and beyond to make it right!

The agent installed my TV, connected everything and instructed me on how to use it. He was very efficient with the installation and very patient reviewing all the wonderful things this TV can do. The Geek Squad is the best!

Your 3rd party installers were great. They came in and successfully put all our ugly wires in wall. They were quick and clean. An added bonus was that they were very friendly and cooperative.

They guys brought the first TV that was cracked, they were apologetic even when it wasn't their fault. When I got it rescheduled the guys checked it out eeal well before they started the install! Great service from the delivery team and helpful!

The Technician mounted my tv, but I was expecting him to actually open the wall and drop the HDMI cabling inside, like my other TV's. I think $250 is too much for basically mounting the hardware on the outside of the wall. I will not use your service again for this particular job. Also, I could not get any basic TV channels on the Samsung TV. Tech told me I needed a ROKU or AMAZON Stick. I located it 15 mins after he left and I texted him to let him know, but he NEVER responded. "I" got the TV working with the ROKU stick!

Excellent job. The guys arrived a bit ahead of schedule, they were very nice and professional, we discussed location, mounting position, they were done in maybe 30 or 45 min total, and cleaned up.

Fits the TV perfectly and flush with the wall. Gives the professional installation another level of fit and finish.

Joe showed up early, with my permission, delivered and set up out 75" Sony TV, connected it to out home theatre system and showed me all the neat bells and whistles. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very knowledgeable. A great job! Thanks, Joe!

Man who came was very professional, knew his stuff...the only thing I didn't like was he sold me an extra long USB cord saying the one supplied with TV was to short. Maybe true, maybe not ...I purchased anyway. Otherwise I have been very happy with their service

Geek Squad technicians were awesome - they wired, wall-mounted my 5.1 speaker systems and calibrated my receiver ... basically went from no system (just in-wall prewiring) to fully operational system in just a couple of hours.

These guys were exceptional. I've had a few televisions mounted. I know these guys were done in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up behind themselves.

The service was great. He was very patient and kind while my dog barked most of the time. He took time to explain how everything worked after connection.

The Geek Squad who installed my tv did an excellent job! His name was Evan and he did a great job! He was on-time, patient, showed knowledge of the product and walked me through every step of the installation process and how to use my new tv. He was great!

I bought a mount for over the fireplace of my new home. Turns out the previous owners had left the mount there but not the arms. The guys worked with that and credited me for the actual mounting that wasn't necessary. They also worked with an unusual wiring setup for the location. Excellent job.

We had some problems on initial install since I had metal studs. They had a different mount on the truck for the install problem with my studs. They had the answer on the truck and didn't have to forget the install and start over the next day. Nice to still have it done while they were here. Glad I used them
