Joe and the Geek Squad Team are phenomenal. They installed a new LG G3 OLED display, re-installed the Sonos ARC, and integrated the AppleTV; all on an articulating mount above our mantle. Looks absolutely amazing; all the cables are hidden and all the functions streamlined. The team even configured the sound, the picture and demoed how to work with the new system.

They came on time, put on shoe protectors to protect my floor since it was raining, mounted the TV and helped me with the set up. They also connected the Wii and Xbox as well as took the empty box with them.

The tech that mounted my TCL 43” TV did a great job. He made suggestions for height mounting, as I use this TV as a third monitor for my recording studio. Once agreed upon height was determined, the tech mounted studio on provided wall mount all by himself. The TCL is big, but light. He had no problem affixing the TV to the wall mount. The tech vacuumed away all the shavings from drilling and left the area clean. The tech was going to hook up the TV portion but I told him it was unnecessary as I was going to use the TCL as a computer monitor. The tech hooked up HDMI outlet from TV to the DVI-D HDMI adapter on the back of my computer, selected HDMI output on screen and I was good to go. A job well done :-)

I'm so glad I added the cost for the installation of the TV and soundbar. The TV is practically flat against the wall and the tech set up everything just as I needed. Great service.

65” Samsung Smart TV needed to fit into a particular space and the Geek Squad made it work. Two great guys (one was limited because of recent injury but both were so knowledgeable! My spouse, who does not usually listen to tech info, asked so many great questions - I was so impressed with them, And my spouse could work the TV and soundbar when they left!!! Amazing!!!!! We rave about their services to all our friends.

Best decision ever to let these guys set up and mount my new TV. I am usually very savvy in electronics, however, I am now spoiled by the quick, efficient and courteous service performed by the team that installed my new TV .

They removed myold TV and Mount added the New Mount and installed my new TV quickly and Professionally.

Clean and quick install. Love the extended warranty and installation packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

They originally told me they were showing up around 12:00 PM, but they must have finished early on a previous job because they called at about 11:00 AM and said they'd be arriving in about 15 minutes. They were professional and went right to work. Asked me a few questions regarding how high I wanted it mounted and even made a suggestion I hadn't thought of. They were fast...much faster than if me and my wife tried to mount our TV. Originally I was skeptical about the price, but it really was worth it to not have the activation of trying to do it myself.

Great service the team member showed up on time he did not need any assistance when installing the TV on the wall he took very professional precaution when installing everything he offered to take off his shoes before he came in My Home. He was very clean, very professional he requested other products that I may be interested in as well.

Jesse from the Geek Squad did an amazing job of setting up my tv! He moved my old one to my bedroom and after installing the new one he was kind enough to plug in my devices that were connected to my last tv. He even made sure it was programmed correctly and that everything looked good before leaving. Great quality care, extremely nice, and welcoming.

I purchased the 82 inch LG flat screen tv, complete electronics protection plan, and tv wall mount plan. It's cheaper and worth it if you buy them as a package plan. The Geek Squad showed up on time, mounted the television to the wall with the new wall mount I had purchased, and it did not take long. They were professional, did not make a mess, and did it fast. I recommend having a large tv mounted to the wall by the professionals. Plus, the full home electronics protection comes with virus protection software. All your laptops, computers, tv's, and much more will be serviced or repaired by the Geek Squad. Can't beat it.

I bought a 75' inch TV and mount. Geek squad delivered, mounted, setup and sold me proper length (15 foot HDMI) at $15 for my new TV. Wow! And removed all the trash, vacuumed the area and were more than professional. Highly recommend. Nice being a Total Tech member so install, delivery and setup was free with membership. Awesome job!

The technicians that came out to mount my 85” Samsung TV and sound bar were amazingly quick, clean, professional and really good at what they do. They measured my wall 3 times before they started drilling and securing the bracket to mount the TV and sound bar. They did an outstanding job!

My Technician’s name: Storm, I was so pleased and impressed with Storm’s expertise and knowledge. He mounted the speakers on the wall and ran the wires with the least amount of exposure. After setting up the system, he tested everything to ensure it was working as intended. He also took the time to familiarize me with my new system. The service Storm provided was beyond my expectations. I appreciate his professional approach in providing excellent customer service. Storm also arrived donning all recommended PPE, including shoe coverings, which I really appreciated. Once again the Geek Squad knocked it out of the park!
